I normally don’t leave reviews for places I visit, but after the great experience I had at this store, I felt it was well worth it. I want to thank Dulce who was working when I stopped by for her excellent service and knowledge of the products. I had some questions about a few items, and she was very helpful in explaining which juice would work best for me. She was patient, professional, and truly made the experience memorable. You need more employees like Dulce in your organization.

I’m a long time fan of pressed bowls. However recently I had a very negative experience with an employee named PAULA in the Monroe branch in Santa Clara. Firstly the açaí machine is almost never working in this branch. Most other employees are really nice about it and offer a substitute base as well as an additional topping as a compensation. Paula however was super rude and was going back and forth with me for over 20 mins for a very basic pick up order where their machine wasn’t working. It was a super frustrating experience. Would NOT recommend this branch.

The açaí bowls are good. I usually get the Açaí original bowl. They make it easy to sub, I usually sub bananas for extra granola and pay more for extra toppings. As someone who is not a morning person and typically not hungry until 11am, juices and açaí bowls are perfect for me.
The last 3 weeks I’ve attempted this place a few times and their soft serve machine is down. This is no fault of the employees, but I really hope they fix it as I prefer these bowls over Jamba’s and Vitality next door.

They do not follow order on the app, and do not work on orders when they arrive. I don’t think the bowls are particularly high quality.
Pressed has an amazing collection of healthy juices. Ajinkay(AJ) was of great help to decide the juice according to preferences and nutritional value.
