We were helped by a woman whose name I forget, starts with a "D", and she was so kind and patient with us. She offered samples to help us make our selections and was very positive - we'll definitely be back here! We walked out of there with smiles on our faces and super happy with our juices! I love their acai bowls and there juices are good too. It's a great break to take when getting your hair done or just doing some shopping at the mall. I like the idea of eating fruits and veggies or drinking them and I trust the purity and freshness of Pressed Juicery.

I went here for the acai bowl. It's not a true acai bowl. The color texture and flavor were all off. The fruit didn't feel fresh. The granola was good. If you are coming here for acai.. just don't. Also pricey.

Management understaffs the store such that they need to lock the store every time an employee goes on break. It's over 90 degrees out here, and I've been waiting ten minutes for the store to reopen!

Their qr scanner is ALWAYS broken so if you're a member, it's difficult to use your pre-paid credits. It's been like this for over months now.
Pressed is mostly known for their juices but I only come here for their "freeze", which is basically ice cream. I got a half ube and half acai freeze with blueberries, coconut chips, & granola. It was delicious but a little pricey. They have very limited but solid flavors - vanilla, dragonfruit, ube, and acai. Appreciate that they allow samples and that everything is vegan. Service is fast but it does get crowded with 5+ customers in the shop.

Service here was great. I've been to Pressed before, & this time I took my friend who'd never been before! We tried lots of samples, & the two younger female workers were very patient with us. Ultimately, we decided on our orders when they informed us that if my friend signed up for an account, she would receive one of those drinks for free!I absolutely love the seasonal flavors here, they never miss. I loved the blue horchata drink previously, & this time I ordered a Blood Orange Kumquat drink that was perfectly tangy, citrusy, & sweet mixed together. Usually when I'm unable to finish Pressed, I toss it into a smoothie, but I was able to finish this drink with ease. My friend ordered the Blood Orange Kumquat and Citrus 2 when she tried it at my recommendation, and ended up only having to pay for the one!

Just got home from pressed on Monroe street ! The worst experience ever ! I got 3 cleanse 1 and 1 detox. The sales rep was extremely rude, She asked me if I would need a bag. When I said yes she literally started to dump all the bottles in the bags and threw the shot bottles inside ! What the ??? I am extremely disappointed and upset to have had this experience !!

One of the machines was broken and that was for the one that dispenses the Acai slosh which is the only base that I order. The other bases aren't too great... Other than that the service and location is great. Love the location in Santana Row better though.
