Great ramen. Black pepper chicken karaage was a stand out.

Ramen Taka offers a dining experience with their decently good ramen and tsukemen. There is flavor and kind staff that provide a comforting meal that hits the spot. The ambiance is cozy, perfect for a casual meal with friends. While it may not be the absolute best ramen I've ever had, it certainly satisfies the craving for noodles.

This is the very first Japanese restaurant that the food is so salty. I ordered Karaage and Tonkatsu Ramen, the black pepper Karaage smelled so good, but it was so salty, otherwise I would enjoy it. Also the ramen broth also so salty, I gave up on it.Service is friendly, the restaurant is small but neat.

Awful quality control at this place imagine paying over 14 for ramen that barely has any meat maybe like a 2 inch piece that looks like the fat cut off the real chasu. The added bonus is that it didn't even come with the spicy add I ordered that added to the cost... SUCH A RIP OFF!!!

I got the tonkotsu shoyu ramen. I thought the chasu was a bit thin and dry. The appetizers (gyoza, tofu, and takoyaki) were good

Tried the tonkotsu shoyu ramen and it was very mediocre. The broth was flat and the pork didn’t have much flavor too. Presentation was boring too.

If you leave a yelp review, you get a free lychee sorbet. The lychee sorbet was alright, the lychee jelly kind of ruins it.The curry was pretty good, I feel like the ramen is better.Loved how they had melon soda! The kaki fry (fried oysters) were delicious :) - I forgot to take a picture of them. They did not give the gyoza all at once and the table was confused when they gave the 2nd one after we were all done with our food
Tan Tan broth was soooo good! I just wanted to pour it in a cup and drink it. Ramen was great and the service was the best I’ve ever experienced in the bay. The staff was thoughtful and genuine.

I was craving some ramen but unfortunately this place missed the mark. Service was remarkable. The ambience and seating area were decent as well. The best item here was the wontons. Deliciously seared on the outside and a good amount of meat inside. There was so little of the sauce to dip it. I was disappointed in that.Water and tea were complimentary. However the tea has a pungent scent to it. I was unable to drink it. The edamame was not edible either. I did mention it to my server but nothing was done. I ate one and left the bowl completely full otherwise.Broth on the ramen didn’t have much flavor. The bamboo had a strange scent as well. I took them all out to enjoy then ramen. Large size bowl even for the regular meal. It has plenty of veggies and a few slices of pork in it. It’s very colorful and it was crispy. Ramen noodles didn’t taste fresh and were undercooked. Egg was completely unflavored and it was $1.50 extra.Ordering was thru a QR code. I think we are past that now. It does integrate with their ordering system to send tickets to the kitchen. I didn’t get asked if I wanted dessert before I was brought the bill. I think this is a bad assumption.Overall I think this place has potential but could use some refinement. Music is too loud.Time to be seated 5/5Time to be acknowledged 5/5Customer service 5/5Parking 1/5 - very limited
