I had it a long time ago or 4 yrs ago but didn’t write any reviews. I remember the food being very good overall, great chai, and service was not bad. Nothing bad to say but it is a nice place for lunch for us to gather when we have a large group with varied tastes to choose from. I know Indian food in general so this is good.

Great food and great service. Sunday lunch buffet $20. Good options of fish, chicken. But the goat meat quality could have been better.

Sakoon does not leave me unsatisfied. The food is amazing and delicious and the waiters are very understanding, polite. This visit the manager Suny treated me really nicely. He made sure everyone got what they wanted.

They had any beverages or sweets on the menu to service. It was a bit smelly inside. The gol gappa experience outside was good.

Food was so good! Mahendre our waiter was super nice. We got chicken tikki masala and butter chicken and it was great. The naan was great and we loved the lemon fish that came out on a sizzling plate.

My wife and I enjoyed Sakoon so much our first time that we wanted to take her parents here for my father in law’s birthday.

Mahindra was our waiter and took great care of us, helping us make selections, make sure they weren’t too spicy, and helping us make sure our birthday boy felt celebrated.

We enjoyed all the food we had and appreciated yhe lively Indian music in the background as well.

We’ll be back!!

We recently visited Saloon at Lawrence to celebrate a birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The food was simply amazing — every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and served hot and fresh. From the appetizers to the desserts, everything exceeded our expectations.

What truly made the evening special was the outstanding hospitality. The staff was warm, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. They even went the extra mile to make the birthday celebration memorable, which we really appreciated. It felt like a 5-star experience all the way.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine in a warm, festive atmosphere. We’ll definitely be back!

This is my favorite Indian restaurant in Sunnyvale area. The food is great. In my opinion, their Chana Pindi should be their flagship dish. Enjoy it with a spritz of lemon. I highly recommend coming in person for dinner instead of ordering delivery. The ambience is great. Service is also great. Mahindra knows my go to order when I come here.
