Ordered goat soup... all i got was rice, broth and fat... not even one bite of meat amd they would not giv me a discount or refund

The paya shorba was watery and bland. Tandoori items were well made. I have no clue why naans are served before the main dish ? They get cold and hard by the time the dish comes.

Visited Shan Restaurant for dinner with a friend. The food had no taste and was disappointing. More than that, the service was very poor. We called the staff member Arjun many times, but he kept ignoring us, which was very unprofessional.
Later, Deepu assisted us and was very polite and apologetic. She handled the situation well. I request the owner to please train staff on proper customer behavior and appreciate employees like Deepu.

Euu Place , We walked in and Walked out - this place stings like Cow pee, you can't stand for a minute.. the entire place sucks. My kids felt vommited after walking out within a minute. This place is NOT Halal in any form or shape. No Hygiene level ... water our time to drove to this place

I ordered some Tandoori chicken for take out - it was a disappointment, compared to Kabab and Currys. On the flip side, the price was reasonable.

I had a terrible experience at SHAN. There was a roach on the roof above our table, which was disgusting. The food was overpriced, lacked quantity, and had no quality whatsoever. Definitely not worth the money. Avoid this place!

By far the worst restaurant I’ve been to, the food was disgustingly disgusting the aloo naan stuffing was bland. Paneer was expensive and there was not quantity. The atmosphere was very bad, in the tv they were playing lion eating other animals and I don’t recommend this place

The price doesn’t match what you see on the menu outside the restaurant. The food quality is poor. I ordered a chicken wrap, and 60% of it was naan, 25% was something claiming to be chicken (more like a sausage), and 15% was onion. The sauce was sparse. I didn’t fully enjoy the meal— for $14, I could have had something much better.
