I've been going to Sizzler, for over 50 years is one of the most consistent restaurants that I have ever eaten at. I've ordered the same meal for most of that 50 years steak and Malibu chicken medium with veggies. No matter if I'm in San Francisco Bay area or Peninsula or Los Angeles the service and the food is pretty doggone consistent
Literally, my first ever visit to a Sizzler. Was still surprised to see the old dreary outdated wood decor from the 80s? And the carpet was dead.Upgraded to the New York strip for both meals along with mushrooms and onions. One with the 6 piece butterfly shrimp and the other with all you can eat popcorn shrimp. Everything was cooked perfectly for the most part although 1 steak was supposed to be more medium but turned out to be medium rare but not a huge deal. The butterfly shrimp was pretty good along with the fixings except the quality of the steak was pretty low-a bit chewy and bland. I couldn't believe how much shrimp was poured onto the plate. I was trying to direct myself to finish but I left a few.Skip the free soft cheese bread and salad bar for $8. Service was acceptable. Soft serve ice cream was ok. Won't be coming back though.

Ordered 2 ribeye dinners one rare and one med rare.... unfortunately both were so tuff to cut and chew. I love ribeye and never have I cooked one that was so tuff. Both were cooked to asking. Other then that I enjoy going to sizzler. Salad bar is always fresh. Customer service has always been excellent. Overall I recommend eating here..just don't order ribeye.Dietary restrictions: Have a nice salad and fruit bar all you can eatKid-friendliness: Salad bar has choice of tacos, spaghetti or chicken wings or nuggets. Also free dessert bar with soft serve in a cone. Cakes

When I travel to this area for a Convention, my friend and I really look forward to going here. Price is fine, food is good, salad bar is good, always busy.Not being five stars doesn't mean there's anything bad about this place, but you can't give five stars to everyone.I will looking forward to returning next May.Parking: They have a decent sized parking lot, but are very busy. Since we were visiting from out of town, we hired a cab to and from.
I enjoyed my first time at Sizzler. I don't recommend the Malibu Chicken (just a dry chicken sandwich patty with ham on top). But the buffet was great. The salad ingredients were fresh with a wide selection. I liked the buffalo chicken pieces. Even the fresh fruit was good. Service was kind and the restaurant was clean. I'm definitely going again just for the buffet.

This was a takeaway order. I ordered the lobster tail with a rib eye steak. It wasn't very tasty. The lobster tail was overcooked to the point where it became like rubber. The rib eye steak which was supposed to be medium rare was overly charred on one side. It was not a very enjoyable food experience.
One of the few places that still has a soup and salad bar. I always get the salad bar. My favorite salad bar items are the fresh veggies, greek salad and crab salad. The specialty salad items can be very good also. For entrees, I like the Salmon and Barramundi and I sometimes get the Chicken club or the burger. My wife likes the jumbo grilled shrimp entree. The servers are very attentive.Parking: Parking right outside the door and off to side. On side street parking also available.
The place was packed, very busy. Only had the salad bar which was very good and very clean. Very simple and delicious however there was salad, and veggies but no protein. I would of like to see some kind of protein. There was fried chicken but there wasn't any more chicken left after being fried too long, lol... The potato salad was decent.
