Ordered two pour overs and grilled cheese. Waited inside about 15mins and when I got my order they were made wrong and with creamer in them. My friend is lactose and tolerance so I had asked the lady about my order. She tells me they don't make pour overs :/ no sincere apology for the wait or offering to remake.I requested a refund then waited an additional 10mins to get a refund. I paid cash and yet target manager asked to see my ID or debit card with my name on it to process the refund. I told her I didn't have it and to my surprise they were able to process the refund without obtaining personal info.I waited there the whole time. Pour overs are easy to make and yet don't make them here...or they don't know what it is.Last time I will come here.The guys who took my order were nice and positive but possibly new. The girls had a bit of attitude and the target manager that authorized my refund never asked me about what happened she just asked the employee even tho I was right in front of her. She only talked to me when she needed to ask to see my info.Entire team Lacking communication skills.

Even my eight year old child knew that their prices are high for one cup of coffee!! That should say it all.

The short Filipino girl with glasses that made my coffee was very RUDE. I politely told her my drink was too light. She practically only gave me milk(I ordered a Quad Espresso) & she immediately started to roll her eyes at me, gave me attitude & was talking smack about me to her co-worker. I told her there was no need for her to give me attitude when I was being very nice about it! This place needs better customer service!

Worst Starbucks experience ever.They forgot scan the app barcode.They forgot my order.They messed up my order.They drop rid and just use it as my coffee

They couldn't prepare a grande iced chai tea or a grande white mocha frappuccino because they put everything away and washed the blender 10 minutes before the closing time. Bad customer service!

Very clean starbucks. The customer service was 10/10. Very kind and patient cashiers. Quick and efficient on my order even with the long drive through orders they have on top. My drink was also made and tasted exactly how I wanted it . Also the place is very quiet perfect for studying. This location was supposed to have a remodel yet the remodeling got stopped. But still this starbucks location to me is definitely one I would love to come back to again. :)

I don't come to this location often but this is the second time in a row my drink was incorrect. The first, there was no sweetener in my dirty chai so it was just a latte. And this second time, I asked for chai in my brown sugar latte but instead they gave me classic sweetener. I don't underhand how you can constantly mess up drinks like this.

I was going to knock off a star because the lady that took our drive thru order was rude (note: customer service shouldn't question the customer like they are d***** But then the person at the drive thru window was so kind, pleasant and charismatic . I don't know his name (it's 7:41am Jan 17th, 2023) but Starbucks needs to keep him and he deserves a raise . I forgot to mention that my latte is yummmay (steamed the milk a lil thicker - love it).
