My quibble is with the quality of the Flat White. It was too milky and weak. Nothing like the Australian original.

The issue with this Starbucks and numerous others is you simply can’t just walk in, order at a register and receive a drink in a timely fashion. The reason is because these stores prioritize the numerous mobile orders they get and basically just through you in the queue. This doesn’t make sense because if you order in store it means you are there and will be waiting. Wouldn’t it make sense for those orders to be prioritized so you aren’t standing there for 20 minutes waiting for a cold brew and a green tea?

If there was an option to give no star, I would do that! this is one of the worst locations of Starbucks. I ordered for a white chocolate mocha in whole milk with whip, while taking the order the guy at the counter didn't pay proper attention and was interested in holding hands of his girl friend! the young girl who made the drink made it in 2% milk and when I asked she was 'oh! its the same as whole milk'...The guy came over and said 'oh! I didn't pay attention...do you want it in oat milk?!!!' duh! he said we'll replace the drink, but the girl who made the drink was not happy and grudgingly made the new drink, I had to stand there and watch her make the drink coz their expressions were like.....!!!! another twist - finally when the drink came I asked did you add whip cream? she would have thrown that whip cream bottle on my face! grumbling she added the whip cream...
Starbucks charges $5.45 for a drink and this is what we get???

This location has decided to stop giving sleeves on hot coffees. This forces you to carry your coffee by the lid or very carefully by the base.
This morning I nearly burned myself because I went to lift by the lid and the lid was not put on properly.

Usually have no issues with this Starbucks as I work nearby and come in frequently. However, last week (8/28 to be exact) I had a mobile order that I went in to pick up, and there was a very rude employee who pulled back my food item (which had been ready and sitting on the counter for at least 10 mins), and told me I needed to wait because the drink might not be ready. Mind you, I had no drink with my order. Which she would have known if she glanced at the sticker which read "1 of 1" items. Once she realized she just shoved the item back toward me and turned around. Unbelievable.
I would put 1 star but aside from her, every other employee I've encountered there has been great.

Expensive for okay product. I am a dark roast coffee with extra shots of espresso person. Gave simple instructions. Not followed.
Wasn't bad. But they had no interest in making the coffee drink I wanted.

This has to be one of my favorite Starbucks locations in the area. There's plenty of shaded outdoor seating. Great wifi. And all of the outlets work ??
Plus, it's right off of Montague/San Tomas and there's plenty of parking.

Had to ask for sleeve. The menu was limited to their exotic beverages only.
Never has breakfast food items as early as 8am and 9am. This has been an issue since the location launched. Today though, they do not have a drink on their own website and they do not have the food. I had to leave the line to find another drink and when I return they tell me they don't have the food either. Why not tell me that when I tried to order the first time? Because the women at the register doesn't care. She was too busy sweeping to greet me or ask to take my order. Just as she didn't even say sorry for not having either item I was trying order both times I tried to order.

Overall this store needs to do better! The issues here include: 1. Wifi is very slow, download speed is around 2mbps which is barely useable for real work. 2. The interior tables for customers are way too low. I cannot get any work done here without a backache! 3. The store constantly have beeping noise which is very distracting. 4. The AC is set to very low here which is very cold.
