ONLY GOOD FOR TAKEAWAY. I’m a college student who doesn’t normally spend on coffee out but I wanted to work on my laptop while my mom was in surgery at Kaiser across the street. When I was handed my drip coffee I was not asked if I needed anything in it so that meant I was looking around for cream and sugar then had to stand at the pick up counter and flag someone down for cream, sugar and a stirrer and mix my coffee at the busy pick up counter, trying not to spill. No place to sit inside, my only option was to sit outside in the cold next to homeless person, and the nosy expressway and listen to their door slam constantly. I ended up just sitting in my car. Expensive coffee and tastes bad. No wonder Starbucks is failing, they have sucked the life out of coffee culture. I never want to give them my money again.

Drinks inconsistent. Sometimes your coffee will be sweet other times it will taste like water with coffee, sometimes i will only taste like milk.

After my doctor’s appointment at Kaiser , I'm craving a flat white. My experience at this café was wonderful. I placed a mobile order and upon entering, an employee immediately greeted me while preparing drinks for a group order. Within a minute, another friendly employee asked me what I’d like to order as I stood in front of wrong cashier line.Ralph, who made my coffee, noticed a small spill and carefully replaced the lid before handing it to me at the pickup counter. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and felt welcomed and respected throughout.

Horrible management. Extremely rude and gives wrong information to employees.

Employees are rude, manager is even ruder. I followed an employee from clocktower to here shes been serving me coffee for the last 10+ yrs I came to Starbucks they wouldn't even let her make coffee for me. They treated her rudely and today I go in and find out she no longer there. I'll be taking my business to caffinos down the st from now on. Better prices and the customer service is amazing and they remember your names. Caffinos is very family friendly
