Baristas are warm and welcoming. Every time I walked in I’m greeted with a smile and genuine kindness.
I always visit this store and they serve you very kindly but today I went and a barista served me and she gave me the wrong frappuccino, you can clearly see how I ordered it and how she gave it to me with whipped cream and she was rude with the other drink I ordered a Summer Skies drink and I asked her kindly to change the lid of the cup because she had given me one with a small hole and because of the pearls in the drink it is not the correct one and she helped me with that but in a rude way and just left it on the table.

ICE TASTE LIKE MOLD! MANAGER YELLS AT EMPLOYEES IN FRONT OF CUSTOMER. EVEN THOUGH THIS IS CLOSER TO ME I WOULD RATHER GO DOWN THE STREET TO ANOTHER LOCATION NEVER AGAIN!
This location is the best. Every single barista here is so friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and chill. They keep this place operating like a smooth machine even during rush hours. No suggestions for improvement.

Clean and functional Starbucks, located in an urban village plaza. Plenty of parking in the large parking lot, although it can fill up quickly since it’s shared with the Nob Hill next door plus some other restaurants in the plaza. Fast and efficient service, and several decent outdoor spots to hang out.
