The lobby area was disappointingly dirty and in need of proper cleaning. It created an unpleasant environment for customers. Moreover, I encountered rude and unhelpful staff members who seemed disinterested in providing good customer service. The combination of a dirty environment and unfriendly staff greatly affected my experience and makes it difficult for me to recommend this particular Starbucks location.

Please stop having every member of the staff say "welcome in" to everyone who enters the store. This behavior is fine when it's a place that has one or two people per half hour come in but when it's a busy coffee shop it gets really tiresome hearing it from four people every ten seconds.
