@whoever checking revenue, this Starbucks is located in one of the most premium location with biggest traffic , but I am sure it has very little revenue.

In peak hours there is only 1 associate taking and making orders, in hours with no traffic- several associates doing nothing

I had a terrible experience at Starbucks. We waited 25 minutes to place our order, and the worst part is that no other customers were waiting. We attempted to contact the staff several times, but they completely ignored our calls.

One employee in particular, a woman with afro-textured hair with red tips, was especially rude and unprofessional. Her attitude was dismissive and disrespectful.

This kind of service is unacceptable. I hope this issue is addressed.

The service was horrible. After all others in the line getting their coffee, I had to ask the staff(name was Tana something) again to get mine. She then literally threw the coffee to me lol. What a hilarious experience it was.

I guess i just got unlucky this time, service was so bad. Had to ask for my items one by one, which were almost thrown my way.
She didn’t even look at me when i say thank you.

On top of it, coffee was burnt…

I personally love Starbucks! The staff are a little slow, but they're always so nice! One woman even complimented me on my hair :))) The lines in the morning ARE pretty long, but that is no surprise for a coffee shop 😂

The one thing I didn't like though was that once when I asked for no ice, the barista asked for an additional dollar (that never happened in other Starbuckses). I was so confused, I'm paying for the drink not the ice! Why do I have to pay for the drink again when there's no ice??? I hope that never happens again, I felt very awkward and uncomfortable in that situation :(
(That is why I only order frappuccinos now, because they mix the ice with the drink)

nothing changed since new CEO came and since my last review, a lot of staff changed, furniture changed, but the worst thing in this location didn't change - lazy staff! it looks like this place is cursed! no matter when i come here, and especially in the 8-8.30am (when people on the way to work hope to quickly get a coffee and go on). most of the time at this time there is one staff either unpacking boxes or cleaning the desk or when more than one, they are chatting when customers are waiting.
I believe logistics, staff training, processes and management control is completely broken in this cursed place.

after renovation it became much worse, in the mornings staff is busy with small talks, unpacking boxes, anything but not accepting the orders, plus you cannot make order in app for this location!

Worst coffee ever!

I went here with my friends and the lady didn't give me the right amount of change, she owed me 4 dollars and just gave me 2. Customer service was very slow and they charged me more for the same drink I usually get compared to other Starbucks nearby. They also took extremely long to make my drink and when we asked them she just glared. Overall would not come back here.
