Service is always so great here! This is my favorite Starbucks location. Staff will occasionally walk around the floor and offer you some mini hand-crafted beverage. Such a nice touch.

I ordered at large light roast coffee with room for cream. However, I did not tip as I don’t tip when I have to stand to order unless I ask for something special. Well I got the darkest roast I have ever had and filled to the brim with no space for cream. I guess he showed me... LOL! No need to return here!

Ordered a matcha latte with extra cold foam—picked it up and there was no foam at all. Asked nicely and was told it “probably mixed in” from sitting too long (I arrived within 2min of order becoming ready). Took a sip—no foam, just matcha. I didn’t push further because I’m didn’t want to make a scene. But that honestly made me feel worse—like people can just get away with this because folks like me stay quiet. It's fine if you forgot it, mistakes happen. But lying to my face instead of just admitting it or offering to fix it?Disappointing and frustrating.

Their soy milk and almond milk have sweetness in there, and it is NOT notified by the store. I’m allergic to most of the sweetness products, and it is very very harmful to me. Service is friendly and atmosphere is fine too.

In my opinion, it is one of the biggest Starbucks stores with high ceilings and great modern design. Despite their $35 million dollars lawsuit loss, somehow, they continue to give customers Venti size very hot tea in a single cup, instead of doubling the cup for stability to hold the hot drink. With a Venti size, the volume and cup design makes the cup very squishy, resulting in people burning their hand or other body parts. I guess a company and its staff can be for every WOKE agenda, but not common sense!
