really love this Starbucks because it’s such a beautiful location with an amazing view — definitely one of the nicest spots to enjoy coffee. However, I honestly think the management here needs some improvement.
Recently, I’ve had a few disappointing experiences. My drinks have been made incorrectly several times — an unacceptable rate that I’ve never experienced at other Starbucks locations. Additionally, some of the staff seem unprofessional; for instance, one was scratching themselves and chatting casually with coworkers instead of focusing on customers.
This is my sincere feedback. I genuinely hope the management team can make changes, because this store has so much potential given how lovely the place itself is!

This Starbucks location in Santa Clara has quickly become one of my favorite spots in the area. The store is always clean and well-maintained, and the outdoor seating is perfect for enjoying a coffee on a sunny day.
The staff here is consistently friendly and helpful. I've been particularly impressed by the manager, who always goes the extra mile to ensure we have a positive experience. Their attention to detail, from bringing our drinks to us outside to remembering our preferred orders, makes us feel like valued customers.
Today, my daughter joined us for a coffee, and the staff once again exceeded our expectations. They brought her drink out to her, making her feel welcome and special.
If you're looking for a great Starbucks in Santa Clara, I highly recommend giving this location a try. You won't be disappointed.
