The order wasn't called out ..we got it to go..When I came up to get the drinks the girl was looking at the venti drink and was like let me top this off .I'm thinking ok more oat milk or coffee.She just adds more ice..The Asian guy with the mustache has a weird sarcastic voice and says thank you have a nice day while smerking smile ..I don't get there fake ways..

I really needed to use the restroom before placing my order, but they told me that I couldn’t go because it was only for Starbucks customers. I explained that I wanted to use the restroom first since it was urgent, and then I planned to place my order. However, after that, I got frustrated and left. I believe this is completely unacceptable behavior towards customers. I am very dissatisfied. This is the worst service!
