The Americano I ordered tasted like plain hot water with almost no coffee flavor. Very weak and disappointing. For the price, I expected an actual espresso taste, not watered-down coffee. I won’t be ordering this again.

I walked in around 9:10am and they didn’t have drip coffee, the most basic style of coffee. I settled for an Americano that is more expensive… I really should make coffee at home.

They freakin take forever!

I had purchased a food item and when I asked for a water they gave me someone elses water and proceeded to give it to me. It still had the original sticker on it….. This is very unsanitary and who knows how long this cup been sitting on the counter. This is very disappointing.

Overall a decent new location. However, the cashier, Roy, was overly rude. We went in asking for water, unaware of the policy change. When we asked if we can pay for it, the cashier dismissively said we can’t pay for it, then told us to go to the fridge behind us to buy a bottle of water with an unpleasant tone. There were two-three customers behind, so it’s understandable to not waste time in line, but there was no need to be rude. We also understand that the cashier probably had to repeat this policy many times, but it was ultimately a bad experience for us.

terrible service very slow made me order something just to get a water cup never had this before

Came to get a drink ice machine was down. Couldn't order what I want. Asked for a cup of water lady with short black hair told me off for asking for one. I told her I have vvs/ncs which is a heart condition where I can black out from dehydration. Was just rude and embarrassed me for no reason, for being disabled an emergency is an emergency no one needs to be yelled at over that or treated cruelly over being special needs. She wanted me to go through the mall asking different restaurants

Quite small Starbucks, but drink was great however store was very crowded.

Vegetarian options: The impossible breakfast sandwich is the best plant based meat I have had anywhere.
