Long Review:

Upon entering location is very clean. One of the tables was a little dirty but overall area was clean. The lady was nice, but her English was a little hard to understand. I see they are mindful of waste. I understand not wanting to be wasteful, but you also have to be able to meet the customers needs.

I ordered two dippers, one pepperoni and one chicken. I also ordered a foot long pretzel. I asked for honey mustard and Baja chipotle sauce.

I notice right away that she only put one to two quarter sized dollops of sauce. It was most likely proper serving size, but was definitely not enough to finish two dippers with. I finished the sauce I was given and politely asked for a little more to finish my food with and the gentleman at the counter replied, she already gave you two sauces.

I didn’t want to argue but politely explained that one was for the pretzel and the other for the dipper but the dipper one was not enough. The lady then replied more okay and proceeded to wave at me to give her the sauce container I was done with to put more in. I received two napkins with each item I ordered.

I get that things are expensive and I also understand that there is a need for minimizing waste, but I don’t think they are using the right approach.

My son and I ordered two turkey sandwiches with luttes, olives, tomatoes, mayo, we both had all night stomach pain and very bad diarrhea. The Asian man owner was there watching the employee serving us on her back, I was not sure, he was checking if she serves extra food to us or something else, it was weird to see someone serving you and the owner watching her behind and walking with her.
We ordered the bread Italian herb with cheese, it was not fresh and little bit hard to chew (like plastic).
This subway store hide their meat section and we don't see it anymore. I visited this store in target few months ago and the food was OK before at least fresh. My son this morning missed school due to his stomach pain and this bad diarrhea. This subway store should be checked for food contamination by health department. I will never eat there again.

This stingy Asian old couple owners always are glumpy and no manners to give outstanding service. They always give me just one piece of napkin in my order. This time I asked old lady more napkins to my tuna footlong and told me one napkins is enough for my order! No way no longer coming to this specific one.

I'm done with Subway. It has become more processed and lower quality. I though the only decent sandwich was roast beef. The meatball I had the last time was not good. The meat was poor quality. The taste was sort of cardboard flavor.
I ordered double meat and they ripped me off. I only found out later in the park. They hide their table so you can't see what they are doing. They give you a hard time about adding vegetables to your sandwich. I don't trust the oils and additives anymore. I don't like the service or the food.

Worker there was as slow as a snail she was by herself too and rejected our coupons which made no sense bc every Subway should be willing to accept them. Couldn’t understand what I was saying even though I spoke loud and clear. Guy came in after us and she made his order faster than us… feel like there might be some race discrimination here. Never coming back.

This subway bread is very bad, not crispy at all. Flavor is not good too. Hard commutation with the people who prepare your food. 3 min drive away, there is a much better flavor and service subway on Scott Blvd.
