Walked in to wait several minutes by the register waiting for someone to simply come out & take my order. Tried to make noise by jingling keys, coughing etc. because I could clearly hear someone watching tv/videos nearby in the back. While my order experience was fine after this, I was so uncomfortable as I watched a full-on argument with one of the workers (sounds like he was the owner) and the customer ahead of me. She ordered a meatball sandwich and was simply asking for the veggies on the side in a little paper bag because the sandwich was hot and she was planning to eat later. She repeated this several times and due to a huge language barrier, he could not understand and was becoming extremely frustrated and dismissive. Once he finally understood because the other worker explained to him, he said "No." She insisted that the other nearby location does this for her and he continued to say no. After they argued back and forth for a few minutes, he finally did what she asked, clearly very annoyed. While checking her out he said "Different owners. Don't argue. I'm being nice. Go to other location then." Easily one of the worst interactions & customer service I've seen. Will never be back to support this Subway location. The poor lady was appalled and just kept saying "Be nice to your customers." Hispanic woman who helped me was nice. This had nothing to do with her - just older Asian man who I presume is the owner. Such an easy way to lose customers. I worked in retail for several years and understand the frustrations, so it takes a lot for me to come post a bad review. Subway, you need to check in on this location!!

I'm going to keep this short because most of the reviews address the same problems we encountered at this location. The service is horrible, and the staff will make fun of your order in both english and their native language. If the staff is seeing this, be careful who you talk about because you don't know who actually understands what you're saying. This subway location is pathetic.

Terrible service, I have no idea what is so offensive about requesting an italian sub without tomatoes but apparently it was enough for the lady at the counter to start an argument with me about the sub becoming "build your own" or whatever.Lady, maybe if you spent less time trying to start arguments with customers and more time figuring out how to run a business, you'd have the common sense to realize you're actually SAVING money on my order. But forget that, your rude attitude and the cheap, shoddy way you run your franchise has forever ensured you will never earn another penny from me and judging by the reviews it looks like I'm not the only one.
