We have a shop down the street and usually get our lunch from this Subway location twice a week. All of the employees are always kind and helpful except for the young lady in the photo that I saw mentioned in another review.
During my recent visit, she served a noticeably smaller portion of meat and cheese than what’s normally given. I politely asked if she could make it the usual way, and instead of correcting the order, she asked if I wanted a double portion. I tried to explain that I wasn’t asking for extra, just the standard amount we always receive, but she kept repeating the same question in an aggressive and dismissive tone.
I’ve never had an issue like this before, as the rest of the staff are great and always make the sandwiches properly. But after reading other reviews and seeing her picture, I now realize this isn’t an isolated incident. I’ll avoid ordering if she’s the one preparing the food.

If the owner of this place is wondering why this location is not doing well. It's because the employees are only giving 1/4 of the protein of other subways.
Ordered at this location for the first time. Terrible and rude service. When I asked to go heavy on the sauce (because she put as little sauce on as possible) that came with the sandwich she said no. I said I’d pay for extra and she said we can’t do that. All other locations normally do. I asked to use the bathroom after spending $20 on my meal to wash my hands she said no it’s closed. But the caution wet floor sign was on the other side of the restaurant. She spoke Spanish to her co-worker and I’m pretty sure was talking smack about me.
Best part of this visit was that Hall and Oats came on the radio and the song ‘Sara Smile’ started to play

Extremely disappointed with the service.
The staff member got my order wrong, and when I politely pointed it out and showed my original order, she became aggressive and started arguing instead of resolving the issue. The attitude was unprofessional and completely unnecessary.

Honestly, the old lady is so nice but the young one.. she was very rude. I understand that it's a tough day, but didn't even listen and didn't even give the right amount of veggies.. we still pay the price but they don't even give what we wanted on the sub and or wrap.. the veggies were also old and just wanted extra jalapenos but she was so mean.. she said nope can't do. Okay weird, because other locations are so sweet.

I will never return to this location again. I don't know what it is with Subway hiring people that can't speak English but you shouldn't have to have an interpreter to make a sandwich, it ends up taking twice as long. This is the second Subway location that I now refuse to go into for the same reason. I asked for a BLT and when she pulled the bread out of the toaster oven I don't know what the hell was on it but it wasn't bacon, her translator fixed it but didn't put the extra bacon on like I asked for to begin with. When it came to the toppings I could barely finish one word before hearing "what else". How how about you stay quiet let me tell you what I want this will go a lot faster. They also messed up the order of the customer ahead of me as well as my significant other. Unreal

This subway’s bread is the best, crispy and crunchy exterior, and soft and fluffy inside. Mayo tastes better than other Subway. Vegetable and avocado are fresh. Even though we are full after 6 in long. We regret we didn’t order 1 ft long, since it’s so yummy.

terrible service. the worker doesn’t talk in full sentences and expects us to understand?? im trying to order and she asks “what kind?”. i tell her the type of bread i want. she asks “what kind?” again like two or three times. apparently she was asking what kind of meat i wanted before she even took out the bread… ordering was a hassle and once we finally finished she tells us my coupon is invalid. never coming back again 👎
