Typical post covid with no one wearing mask. Then asking, "Do you want PEPPER, SALT, TOASTED?" Service and food standard subway but also "standard" is lack of friendliness and good sanitary protocol outside of simple hand washing. At this location, my food preparer ate something with fingers before making my sandwich. Kinda gross.

Avoid this subway at all costs! They have rejected our coupons multiple times, and the ones they accept are only applicable to like three options. The staff isn't that kind either.

This place is a big nono for me since it is one of few subways that doesn’t take Coupons. No merit in eating subway without coupons

Unfortunately I believe the staff is spectacular and the service is great however, TO THE OWNER why does the subway less than a mile away on Homestead and Lawrence expressway accept franchise promotional discounts and you don't? Your store is clean and well maintained and that's awesome. You can say costs are higher, but to have access to a subway that is in close proximity that takes the promotions may be a detriment to your business. And it's very inconvenient as a patron to be rejected a coupon or a promotion that's on a company website.

It looks this shop has different owner, I was trying to use coupon and she said this coupon doesn’t work on roast beef , I don’t understand how she comes with this excuses to ignore my coupon how ever I used the same coupon on same order in fair oaks and El Camino Real branch with no problem , extremely poor customer service.

perfect Sandwich and full meat and vegetables. And they still sell pizza. my disabled son doesn't eat sandwiches. Pizza perfect 100%.

Were a family in this subway today. We ordered 2 Americano coffees and 2 sub. We were asked the size of coffee, what kind of coffee, they took money from us, and then they said that there was no coffee! After that we demanded money back! But the worker Saba said that she would not return the money and that this was not her problem. We began to demand the return of our money, but the worker began to lie, that we had not clearly told her! I began to threaten that I would call the police, and only after that the employee returned our money for coffee to us!!! Be careful, check receipts and your orders when ordering from this Subway branch!!!

Corner Subway conveniently placed in the heart of el Camino plazas, the two females that talk to each other.. give them a break. Imagine working quietly by yourself all day. I initiated convo with her and she was really friendly and focused on serving me. Even welcomed me in with a greeting, cracked some jokes, and gave warm goodbyes. Don't read a book by its cover. This subway has hands down the best tasting bread and ingredients, seems like the owners know what it means to eat fresh. Best subway sandwich ever tasted. Thank you, I will be back!
