The food was good. The staff was nice. Just what you'd expect from a normal subway. The only thing is that the prices here are more expensive than other Subways I've gone to. It's like 2 whole dollars more for the same subways here. I'm not sure why. Maybe because it's kind of in a mall.

Don't go to this subway, they overcharge and they will cut corners because the worktop window is now blocked. I strongly suggest you go to other Subway.

This is the worst Subway you could visit. The sandwich artist is extremely rude and ignores our requests. They assemble the sandwich incorrectly, putting sauces before the veggies. They lack half the ingredients but still charge you for them. If you're planning to place an online order, avoid this Subway.

I went to order my build your own subway while trying to have a friendly conversation with the employee by asking if they loved Taylor Swift (because it was playing all her songs in the background). She had an airpod in one ear and just looked at me seriously, asking what I wanted instead of answering my question (she probably didn't hear what I said).I ordered a build your own footlong sandwich and asked for roast beef. The cost came out as $18+! I was so confused and then asked my friend what they got for theirs, and they got a footlong salami and pepperoni for about $13, including a footlong churro.? So I went back and asked her why it cost that much.She got all defensive and said that they don't do build your own anymore and give us order numbers (why is there false advertising of create your own on the menu). She also said that also my sandwhich has more meat, less veggies than my friend's (which my friend had 2 meat choices and I had one).I was chill and said I was just curious.Then she kept going on about how roast beef costs more per pound and to slice/prep them. And got the calculator out and pulled out numbers. She thought I didn't understand. So she repeated like 3 times and I still told her I was just curious. I then walked away respectfully and felt jipped and attacked. She seemed a bit annoyed. Maybe she has been asked this many times and is tired from a long day at work.

I had someone very rude serving me. She was of short stature, a bit chubby, and white, not sure what her name is. She barely put meat in my sandwiches, barely covered the bread. And afterwards I asked to use a second coupon and she rudely told me that it’s not allowed even if I want to make a second purchase. Afterwards I asked for a cup of water and ignored me, after I asked two times again she finally told me to “just wait”, after she gave me the cup she told me I have to learn to be patient. That is no way to treat a paying customer, horrible attitude. If I see her working from now on I’m honestly just not going to purchase anything.

Busy on a saturday night. Go figure, right? Except there was only one worker there of my entire time there in that long line. Its common for these businesses to only have skeleton crews to save money.

Their menu says you can build your own. So why couldn't I order a #10 with roast beef instead of ham? Instead she just doubled the turkey and said she couldn't do that. Why have the build your own menu then? That doesn't make sense. We should be able to order what we want. Anyway....I don't come to this one that often at all.
