Still scratching my head over the rave reviews. I got the Mango Sulbing — it was basically a mountain of bland shaved ice, a couple sad frozen mango chunks, and some random cheesecake bits thrown in for confusion. Zero texture, zero flavor, zero effort. The table next to us ordered tiramisu, took a few bites, and straight-up trashed half of it. At $20 a pop, you’d expect magic — not freezer-burned fruit and disappointment. Hard pass.

Sulbing’s desserts are delicious, however the service is incredibly slow. 95% of people sitting at the tables have nothing in front of them, they are all waiting for their orders. With their popularity, more and more people come in, and a standing crowd gathers eyeing tables to swoop upon. It’s noisy, with a stressful rushed atmosphere. We ordered our dessert at 2:45pm and finally received it at 3:38pm.

I love bingsoo. You can never go wrong with fruit ones! Parking can be difficult but if you don't park too close, it's not bad. The wait is long to order (there is two ordering kiosk or a cashier for takeout) and to get your order; but there's a decent amount of tables so you'll most likely get one to sit at to wait unless it's super crowded.

The worst thing about this place is the overall system of seating yourself.
You got people snagging tables when their order obviously not ready at peak times and you got people with their bingsoo standing around waiting for a table while it melts, meanwhile you got people who finished their bingsoo 30 minutes ago and are still sitting down chatting while there are 10+ people obviously waiting for a table lol.
I also asked the front personnel that there are no tables available and they just shrugged xD.
Sulbing needs to start assigning tables, or seat yourself only when you have your order, and implement a policy for people who are done to gtfo within 5 minutes during peak hours. this is literally the only thing that is preventing people from coming back.
The bingsoo is REAL GOOD however 5/5 for the food, but service overall is TRASH.

Red bean shaved ice and other shaved ices to cool off in the scorching heat. You have to wait in line for about an hour to get your order.
Service wasn't bad, wasn't good, just existed, like a production machine.
Ice texture is pretty good, better than two other places I've tried in the area so far but none come close to this small cafe we stumbled on in WA.
It's not bad, pretty good, we like it better than Sul & Beans however for $18+tax+some tip you're talking about a $20 bowl of ice milk with fruit on it.
If you like it and don't mind, then it's nice to share with someone (my kid ate an entire order) and it's a tasty treat. Not likely coming back but perhaps worth trying at least once.

The food is wonderful but overpriced and verrrryyyy slow to make despite being only a few ingredients. The biggest disgrace is that they do not have enough seating or parking for their customers and yet charge an extra $2 (on top of *$18.25 plus tax*) to take the food to-go. Don’t go after 8:30 pm; it’s a madhouse
