I tried Biscuit Sulbing. Sulbing Cafe is a must-try! Their shaved ice is incredibly flavorful and refreshing. It is on the pricier side, but the taste and quality make it worth it. Even after finishing a full bowl, it feels light and not heavy at all.
Amazing bingsu. Very fine ice and delicate flavors.
Most of the lower ratings on here are from people who dont know qhat bingsu is and expected ice cream. Bingsu is mostly shaved ice with toppings and sweeteners. Go with an open mind to try something new and you will not be disappointed.
There is a challenge here with the wait. But the quality doesn't suffer and the staff is nice. It's worth the wait.

Love sulbing! I always get the mango one. There are a bunch of tables available. Parking is kind of difficult but don't miss out on this. Summer, Winter, Fall, Spring. Sulbing!
