Sulbing’s desserts are delicious, however the service is incredibly slow. 95% of people sitting at the tables have nothing in front of them, they are all waiting for their orders. With their popularity, more and more people come in, and a standing crowd gathers eyeing tables to swoop upon. It’s noisy, with a stressful rushed atmosphere. We ordered our dessert at 2:45pm and finally received it at 3:38pm.

Parking can be difficult but if you don't park too close, it's not bad. The wait is long to order (there is two ordering kiosk or a cashier for takeout) and to get your order; but there's a decent amount of tables so you'll most likely get one to sit at to wait unless it's super crowded.
