On Friday night 11:30 one boy is working in the taco bell he need some training i got 2 order in this store. I waited 30 minutes in line i come to the window in drive thru he give me 1 order and saying for second order take another around then he will give me the order. Drive thru is packed another round means extra 30min . They don’t understand the value of time and why they are not preparing on time only this taco bell have always problem never ever ready order on time . 1 star for that boy

He do know have to give order I got two orders waiting for 30 minutes come to the window the boy just give me 1 order saying for second order . Go and take another 30 minutes round then he will give me order I don’t understand how he get the job even he don’t know how to manage rush 🙏

i go in with receipt i explain everything i didn't get my chips yesterday lady with glasses heavy 1119am making me repeat myself what i didn't hear you until i smash my hand on the counter oooo calling the cops she telling all her co-workers he aggressive violent she escalate the situation she wants drama other lady come was respectful kind reasonable she give me the chips & she ending up helping me i don't like repeating myself simple as that or look at the receipt but she wanted drama she wanted issue so i give it to her look at the camera k cameras don't lie people go eat somewhere else other taco bell

Totally hit or miss with the service here. I've hit up the drive through (presuming they can hear you through the crappy box speaker), got a totally wrong order, and they weren't able to give me a refund. Other times, they've been wonderful and service was spot on. I've been visiting here at random over the past 5 years, and it's just a mess. Depends on the manager of the day I guess!

According to the guy at the counter, they have instructions to ignore anyone not at the drive -through. Sometimes one of the better staff will take pity and do the right thing and help everyone, not just lazy polluters. It's hit and miss whether you get decent service or not.
Some how they decide to lock up at 10pm even though advertised hours are 1am. No baño aqui

St 430pm An employee got in an argument with me today. 2555 The Alameda, Santa Clara, CA 95050. I went through drive through to pick up an order. I spoke nice and polite as can be. I get to the window and this Taco Bell employee stuck his head out the drive-through windows and started yelling at me saying don't have an attitude on the speaker next time you came to drive through! I was shocked and that he talked to me in that tone of voice like he was going to beat me up. I immediately confronted him and told him I was nice and polite, what are you talking about? He repeated it again really mean. So I left and didn't pick up the order. I didn't get his name, but I went in and got a picture of him
