Everything is bad, first the service hours on the internet do not start at the time it says it is open and if it is open the cooks have a bad character they work forced or they are not paid well and the food is tasteless or the taste of the food changes apart from the high prices for what the dishes are

I just came for lunch today at 1:00 pm I waited for someone to help me but no body acknowledged me, two women cleaning and another woman cleaning up in the dining areas so I'm already knowing what I want but the problem with this place is all the women working here don't take your orders right away and it's like they hate their jobs and don't want to work, this is a problem every time I come in and suck of it. Id rather spend my hard earned money at a dump with nasty food than going somewhere that doesn't appreciate my businessKid-friendliness: It's a good environment for kids

We paid about $50 for a combo quesadilla, and a combo fajitas and 2 sodas. I think we were over charged. When one item is 16.99 another was 16.49, averaging it to be what $20 a plate? The canned soda must of been an outrageous price… oh yeah plus tax. But $50 seems a bit extreme.Anyways besides that, the owner just stayed facing his computer the entire time he was talking to us and not once turned around so the cook can take down the order. Felt pretty rude. And the food was completely bland. No real flavor was tasted anywhere on the quesadilla nor the fajitas. I was expecting to have my mouth exploded with amazing taste for the price charged. But nope. Disappointing.

Cazadores Catering came to cater a breakfast for us at a law/cpa firm in downtown San Francisco, and they were wonderful. They went above and beyond to feed all of us and it was delicious. The caterers were so much fun. I would hire them for other occasions also. So professional!

Walked in and what seemed to be the manager/ owner started scolding one of the employees to get my order. I had just walked in, hadn't even looked at the menu and I feel like I'm being rushed. Manager doesn't even have the decency to look at me and say something like "Hello, welcome. Someone will be with you shortly" he just kept scolding his employees and looking at his screen. I was hungry but this dude left a bad taste.

When we went there they were working to fill up a food truck. customers in the store were totally ignored...the workers were all yelling at each other trying to get the orders done. The food was also bad. soft taco, big hunks of chicken but not much else...a little cilantro. The salsa was the worst tasting salsa I ever ate...

In an effort to be as fair as possible, I waited a little while before writing this review. With that said, I've eaten a breakfast burrito, had chips and salsa, as well as a barbacoa taco at this place, and it's definitely an acquired experience. The acquired experience isn't meant to carry a negative connotation, you just have to enter this place with an understanding of what's going on. Because I've seen a variety of mixed reviews, I'm going to give a full run down.First, it's my understanding that this place mostly specializes in catering at this point, so the restaurant's dine in experience won't satisfy everyone. With so much focus on something else, the business feels cluttered, but if you've ever eaten at a place like this in Mexico, it also feels authentic. It's just not for everyone.Regarding the food, I also found it authentic. If you aren't used to white corn tortillas, and a heavy reliance in salsa and lime garnishing, you might find the food slightly under seasoned. I suspect the focus in catering large events also has something to do with that. For the $12.50 my breakfast burrito cost, it definitely outranked some of the other places in town, and I find the prices to be right in line with them as well. Notably, they also have a great Mexican beer selection, including the coveted Does Equis Ambar Especial.Overall, and I hate to say it, but If you're going to eat here you should probably have a real comfort level with Mexican food and how to salt, lime, and salsa it yourself. That's just the way it's done.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a handicap space directly in front of the entrance and the door is at street level.
