I love this boba shop, they have the best drinks in the town. Their drinks are reasonably priced compared to current market prices, so they are not expensive. The staffs are very friendly, Im kind of picky, but they always give me very good recommendations. Therefore, I’d recommend this boba shop.

I always come here after school, or for a group study. They have a very strong wifi connection , and quiet place, so it’s a perfect place to study. Moreover, their drinks are amazing, my favorite is mango o peach, it’s semi sweet and very refreshing, it also come with peach, mango bits, and mango jelly, very good combination. I highly recommend this place

Got a milk tea with spoiled milk. They gladly exchanged it when I told them. But I just think this should be looked at when making boba especially milk products. The flavored teas were okay. Tasted a lot like syrup, wasn't too fond of it. Place wasn't too clean. Front window area was dusty and spider webs. Needed a good cleaning inside.

Flavor was hardly there. Looks good but the drinks are bland. Powdered taro and block winter melon concentrate. I asked if they knew how the tea was made and they deflected the question. Rose earl grey was very weak. I asked the person if they knew how they made the milk, tea here tea and his answer was green tea has more caffeine than black tea... *facepalm*

Was passing through Santa Clara during a road trip and decided to stop for some boba tea. It was super convenient so I didn't search for a place with perfect reviews but I am very surprised that Tea Villa doesn't have a better overall rating as it was really good! Tea Villa wasn't busy at all so I was able to walk right in and order. I did ask for some recommendations and the friendly lady behind the counter was super helpful and she made me exactly what I wanted. The decor is super cute and there are plenty of various options for everyone. I definitely recommend it if you are in a mood for some excellent boba tea!

One of my new favorite boba spots! The scoop o mango & scoop o strawberry is soooo good. Fast service & they don't overcook or undercook their boba. It's cooked perfectly. I can definitely say I crave a scoop o mango at least once a week lol! If you're ever in the Santa Clara area I 100% recommend to come here.

Atrociously bad milk tea. Tasted like water kissed with tea and a teaspoon of creamer. I have no clue what all these 5 star ratings are fussing about. Will not be going here again.

I got the strawberry puff and it taste extremely artificial. It's also very sweet and barely had any strawberry bits. The tea taste was lacking. If you get a drink, I recommend adjusting to 25 -50 percent.

Enjoyed the boba. I got creme brulee milk tea with pearls. Delicious. Will def come again. Also with my dog b they have a great outdoor patio
Pretty good boba here in the neighborhood. I got the milk brulee and everything was delicious. The pearls were just right. Nice outdoor patio to bring my dog as well

OMG absolutely Wonderful!!! Surprising Refreshing!!! Just off of the Alameda Downtown San Jose, next to woof bar bubble Tea Shop, and A Ramen House, this Tea Villa is definitely awesome! My second times here and I love the popular Dragon Fruit Milk Tea! Ver delightful, refreshing, and I love the fresh dragon fruit chunks and the Crystal Boba! So Good combination! I also enjoyed the Fresh Fruit Tea. There are assorted good looking yummy snacks. I ordered the Cajun chicken wings but they weren’t able to make it at the time, but the Girls there were super sweet! They were helpful and even offered to take all these beautiful pictures for me!!! Love it! Looking forward to ordering the snacks and other popular drinks!I love love love the tropical fruit tea boba too!
