This place is so delicious! I recommend coming when the purple hair barista, I believe Ava, ashleynn, Ashley or Aaron is their name is working. She's super chalant/down to earth and makes the drinks how I always want them. I always leave a big tip when they're working, make sure to say hi! The aura when they're in the store is always so calming and nice ! The drinks are delectable!

Solid Teaspoon location! Ordered my drink of the kiosk and in a matter of 2-3 minutes my drink was ready. Very quick service. Not too much seating area here if you were looking for a place to chill and hangout but that did not bother me since I was just taking it to go. I got my usual, the Matcha Royale + Strawberry with oatmilk. You can never go wrong! Other drinks that I recommend from here: -Grasshopper -Silky Mango -Mango on Fire

Our new favorite boba in town!! We dont need to adjust the sweetness. It is just perfect. Their strawberry boba was a hit with the kids. We tried their Silky Mango and Strawberry Colada. I loved the Silky Mango, perfect blend of mango, boba & milk.

The flavor tastes like water plus food essence. No tea flavor at all.

The pastry and drinks were amazing. The adjusting sweetness level is nice. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming.I just hope there are more food and drinks selections for the children or toddler.

Employees did not read the directions. Careful if you are lactose intolerant. Ordered a drink with Oat Milk, and was given normal milk. How do I know? I had diarrhea immediately after.

ordered two of the same drinks through doordash and i felt very sick after. i gave the other one to my mom and she had no problem. i had to use the bathroom three times and then vomited twice. i was running a fever and my body felt VERY weak. not sure if my food was contaminated. i reported this issue through doordash and i know it’s not on their end.

Faulty online ordering system and lack of communication from their staff led to a frustrating experience and unnecessary 40 minute wait. By the time I received the drink, it had already melted and was completely watered down.

It's beyond agitating to be prompted for a tip by a machine, when nobody is present to greet or assist me, I place my own order and pay for it myself, and then I have to wait a bit for the staff to notice my order's been sent through their system before they begin to make it, despite my order being the only one in queue. As it was part of placing my own order, I left a tip (per usual) as I imagined the server would deserve it once I completed my order. Instead, after I placed my order and it was printed by another machine, I had to wait a bit until an employee finally came from the back, notice I was there and then look that the printer to realize I was waiting for something. Oddly enough, there still wasn't a greeting once I was seen, which gave me the impression I was interrupting the drink maker from something else they'd rather be doing. While the drink itself was fine once made, I'll note the same kind of drink is made differently each time, (depending on which employee makes the order). It's funny, I used to be annoyed with bosses that insisted we greet each person (paying or not) when they come in our shop to at least show an ounce of appreciation for them considering us vs the next place, but I get it so much now. It's weird to be in a business during business hours, but without any visible employees to help you out. I began to wonder if they were even open... Despite politely trying to be noticed so my $10+ drink can be made, there was nobody there to let me know or even shout out to me that I'd be taken care of. I patiently waited but it was very awkward. It just seems backwards to think of the customer as secondary to whatever else is going on, unless maybe there is something urgent to address. But in that case, a friendly "I'll be with you" goes very far in acknowledging the paying guest that they'll be helped eventually and are welcome in your establishment. If all your staff either have so much to do in the back that they can't be around to greet your customers in a timely fashion or maybe even take their order when it's slow enough to do so, you might rethink how to manage your prep time and/or side work. If you train staff to let the computer be the default order taker and then for staff to take their time to notice placed orders (regardless of how slow you are), it leaves some of us to wonder if we'd be better served elsewhere... especially when the automated request for a tip comes before any actual service is given. For the record- after working as a tipped employee for years, I tip over 20 percent of my total when even decent service is received and usually enjoy offering this form of gratitude.

Hmmm... this place at this location...Not as good as one of the million boba place in the area. They don't appear to use 'real fruit' or other more natural flavorings like the typical Taiwanese or other boba or tea spots in and around San Jose area. I will say the options look great, but the flavor and taste is not. The workers do not appear to know anything about what goes into the menu items either. Rather than try this place again, I'll frequent one of the many others right down the road.

the drinks are fine but idk why they play their music SOOOOO loud there. A majority of the seats is located RIGHT NEXT to the speaker they play music out of so it’s really painful to sit there to enjoy your drinks and have a quick visit with friends. It’s like a concert there.

Out of the 6+ Teaspoon locations, this is my top 2. The other spot is the Los Altos location (which is at the border of Mountain View). Friendly staff, quick, busy area with foot traffic, so tea and pearls are fresh, etc. Consistent drinks, staff wear masks, customers enjoy going there and hanging around, etc. It tends to be a more adult / family crowd vs the high school / college crowd (which is more at the Los Altos location.)
