Don't order thru doordash. I order a large two protein bowl. 2 pieces of chicken 4 pieces orange chicken literally 3 veggies and maybe half a scope of rice. Ended up giving it to my dog and had to go out and get something else. Shame because I go in all the time and portions are very good. But I guess not when you order online. Very disappointed

When I arrived, it took a few minutes before anyone acknowledged me, which made the start of the experience feel a bit unorganized. A warm greeting or quick check-in would’ve gone a long way in setting a better tone.
The food missed the mark. The salmon was on the dry side, and the steak, wasn’t served hot. This made me think that the food wasn’t made fresh even though my wait was considerably long. The vegetables lacked flavor, and the noodles were just okay. Given the premium pricing, I was hoping for something a bit more elevated and fresh.
It also took over 20 minutes for the order to be ready, and there weren’t any updates during that time. Even a quick “thanks for your patience” would’ve made the wait feel more intentional.
I’m not sure if the location or team is new, but they should go back to the drawing board. I won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone esp. considering Habit Burger is 100ft away.

Do not order extra chick from this store!! You do not get it. I went back to back first time a large chicken bowl extra meat. Git plate just regular bowl. Went back two days later decided to get a reg bowl with extra meat. Again! Just a regular bowl!! Charging you $5 and not even adding $5 worth of meat. What a rip off. Its not like we can see the difference or anything 🙄 shame on this store! Will not return.

The customer service here is practically non-existent. If you place a pickup order and wait at the counter, the staff will glance at you multiple times but completely ignore you while continuing their tasks. After 5–10 minutes, someone MIGHT finally acknowledge you. It’s honestly frustrating because how is it not obvious that I’m waiting for help?

We love ordering from Teriyaki Madness. Firstly, whoever is in charge of their email marketing deserves a raise, their messaging is always hilarious! We order from here every so often (we like to mix it up when we purchase lunch for the office, which is the only reason we don't order from them more) and pick it up in-store. The food is consistently delicious; their teriyaki sauce is incredible. We are very happy with the food and the service, I can say wholeheartedly that this is a great place to eat!

Go see Raul and Ricardo at the Santa Clara Teriyaki Madness, they serve delicious food and their customer service is outstanding. Went to Teriyaki Madness because I just downloaded app and wanted to use offer that I was given, but was having trouble with the offer, they also were having trouble but instead of saying it’s not working, they made it so I would get the offer without hesitation. Thank you again gentleman for taking care of me, highly recommend!!!!

Teriyaki place that opens slightly earlier then most here. Overall for the value it's pretty solid, good portions with decent flavors. Nothing too special but for their pricing its above average for sure. Would visit again if I'm nearby.
