5 stars rating is for the cheese cake only! I have not dined in at this restaurant, but come here very often for to-go cheese cake.
One of our favorite joint - rich, decadent and tasty. Wife loves their Thai lettuce wraps.i love chicken romano with extra sauce. Kids love chipotle chicken with penne and fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Pass on honey chicken. One thing though I dont like their cocktails. Margarita and maitai is sugar syrup.
And of course cheese cake. Son loves Oreo cookie. Daughter likes dulce denleche or salted caramel. I love Linda's fudge.
Juan deserves a raise! Best server !!! Food was amazing too
Great food
This was our first time trying The Cheesecake Factory for breakfast. We've been here for dinner before, but the breakfast really blew us away! We sat outside, and it was peaceful and pleasant. We tried the brunch flatbread and the kimchi fried rice with egg; both were absolutely amazing. Definitely recommend coming here for Saturday or Sunday brunch!

The Cheesecake Factory at Valley Fair is a bustling hotspot that consistently draws a crowd — and for good reason. The ambiance is polished and stylish, with high ceilings, warm lighting, and an upscale feel that still manages to stay casual. It’s a great place for everything from a family meal to a night out with friends.
One of the highlights starts as soon as you sit down: the complimentary pumpernickel bread is addictive and always a hit. Among the vast menu options, the Spicy Rigatoni Vodka stands out as a must-try — rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with heat. That said, with such a large and varied menu, it’s not unusual to find certain dishes unavailable later in the day, which can be disappointing if you had your heart set on something specific.
Due to its popularity and location within the always-busy Valley Fair mall, parking can be a real hassle, especially on weekends. Be prepared for a wait, both for a table and in the lot.
Despite these minor drawbacks, The Cheesecake Factory delivers a consistent dining experience with something for everyone. Just plan ahead, bring your patience, and don’t skip the bread or the rigatoni.
Food got better than the last time i visited. Drinks are A+++
Spotty service. Came here after a blood test, didn’t have the best service, someone didn’t alienate themselves from work it seems.
The food was really good but the service was just ehhh. We were served hard bread at 1st, and then after waiting for our food for another 30 mins, they brought us warm bread (very tasty also). When they served us, they forgot my granddaughters food and had to ask where hers was. You should serve the child first so they are distracted. The food took a while to get to us but it was very good and definitely a great place to eat. Will not return to this location but will definitely try another.

the bow tie pasta 😍 is worth 😋 the 1.3hr drive to sanjose, and my wife loves it just as much
Pricey, but I enjoyed the Chicken Madeira and Brussels sprouts. Across a few articles ranking the cake flavours online, the chocolate tuxedo and the lemon raspberry (for non-chocolate) were quite highly recommended and they were pretty good! The chocolate tuxedo was smooth and not that rich, while the lemon raspberry was not cloying but a little too sweet and a little too tart at the same time.
