Slow service. Extremely rude manager when I said I've been waiting for a while. Then she says you will get a text. Instead of apologizing she talks shit about me in Spanish to the other coworker. They need to get rid of this rude manager asap.

The food is great but I am not going again. Slow service, rude manager, unprofessional. This is unacceptable.

I went sep 22nd 2025 at noon so you know the manager is.

Nice place to get a nice burger your way. Juicy pink burgers.

Good food, nice workers except the greedy manager. I asked if they can change my fries to onion rings after paying and manager did not allow. I offered to pay extra if needed but still declined.. They did not even cook the fries yet!!

The person who was calling the orders numbers wasn’t clear which order they were calling about especially since there were two orders sitting on the counter

Here is my biggest grievance the chicken on a sandwich it’s always been dry I have tried different spots with the same result and with how quickly it’s presented explains to me why it’s dry- it’s precooked
On a salad is fine as it’s drenched with so many options I can’t really tell but on a sandwich it’s very obvious and makes not very suitable to my mouth

Plus I do not care for the expediter’s way of handling food with bare hands this is the second place I have seen this- hands touching the side of the container with fries or other options in this type of container and I visually see hands touching the food

But will use a napkin and place over the top to place fries in a bag

STILL gloves need to be used when the presence of skin can come into contact

During the COVID epidemic everyone wore 5 gloves now it’s as if there is no such thing as germs anymore

I don't know what's going on I bought chicken club from different place I paid 16.25 $ including tax but I bought same combo from this place they charged me everything separately drinks and fries they are crook they scamming people

I tried the original char w/ cheese. The burger was delicious. I loved their Dragon fruit lemonade. I will certainly go back there to try different options.

Okay, I'll admit that I went here only because I got a gift card. Wasn't really expecting anything too special, and of course, the ubiquitous self-serve kiosks greet you when you enter. Surprisingly, happily, a smiling employee was also there to assist!

I asked what was recommended and was directed to the tempura green beans. Those were actually pretty good, but I'm more impressed with the ranch sauce that I got to go with it. It's an actual house style delicious ranch sauce!

For my main, I got the Chicken Club. And oh my mouth! Absolute perfection from first bite to last. The bread was toasted butter perfection. The chicken was crunchy on the outside and fabulously moist on the inside. You can't go wrong in my book with guacamole and bacon, and just.. wow, wow, wow!

Totally blown away and totally happy with this location! Especially in contrast to my most recent Santa Clara burger shop experience.

Dined on Sat. 6/21/25: Both meals at $13.99 + tip & tax, each had previously frozen french fries which were greasy, hard and had no flavor. The burger meat which was a previously frozen thin patty, was overcooked and did not look like quality beef and had no flavor at all! We didn’t bring this to the attention of the staff because they knew what they had just prepared and served. We won’t be back.
