It was really crazy... I ordered a bacon tea burger, sweet potato fries, french fries, and onion rings. The burger isn't salty and it's really delicious... Next time I eat it, I think I'll eat the Santa Barbara sandwich, French fries, and onion rings! The fries were very soft and delicious.

Just had my first and last dining experience at this habit. Honestly, the food wasn't bad but it was the customer experience that we witnessed that makes me never want to come back. A customer had ordered a burger and requested no bacon, but when he got his burger there was indeed bacon on it. He mentioned this to the manager and asked if he could get a replacement. To my surprise, she not only didn't apologize for the mistake but also made him pay for a new one!! She was also mocking "customers are always right?!???" And laughing. Sigh.. It didn't stop there, every interaction I overheard was just rude. A door dasher walked in, and immediately got an attitude about his order. "Are you sure it's my store? This address?" A friendly reminder guests are always listening and watching. I'm disappointed and will never return.

The old lady manager was SO RUDE. She was sitting down across from the kitchen, screaming at the workers of a wrong order instead of getting up PROFESSIONALLY and talk to them. Talking bad about the customers in Spanish. I was in total shock! I didn't feel comfortable with her.

The Original Charburger with Cheese Meal was tasty and surprisingly filling for it's size. The burger and patty were, in my opinion, quite smaller than the usual portion sizes but they make up for it with their fries. I also really enjoyed that there's an option at the kiosk where you can ask for your fries "extra crispy". They have ranch behind the counter, so ask a staff member if you'd like some.

What used to be a great habit location has gone down hill. 1. New manager lady is unfriendly and talks to the staff while customers are waiting to be helped. Always seems like it's such a big task to fix an order or when asking for things like condiments. 2. Food quality has gone down hill. I've been here twice in the last 2 weeks and the fries were soggy both times, almost like they've been sitting there and then refried when ordered. I even asked for a replacement and they literally just dunked the same batch of fries in the oil again instead of making a new one. 3. Suspect minor food poisoning after ordering the Santa Barbara Char on 12/10/23. It was the weirdest sandwich I ever tasted, meat was stale, bread tasted like old oil, and the avocado tasted old and not fresh. It was seriously off. Next day, I had horrible stomach pains, etc. Not coming here again until the new manager is gone. :)

Today, After I placed my order I approached the counter to ask if I can switch the bread from ciabatta to wheat bun, because of health conditions. But The manager lady(the older one in the blue shirt and gray pants), before listening to my concern was dismissive saying your order will be called when it’s ready and turning her back on me. I told her I wanna ask about switching the bread and then she and the other woman (the lady wearing burgundy shirt) helping in the front told me the order is ready. Almost like it bothered them to change the brad, and they didn’t wanna fix my order. Very inconsiderate, I have diabetes and I just wanted to switch the bread because I have to. I ended up eating just the meat and lettuce and leaving their ciabatta bread. Won’t be going there again. Thanks for not helping a diabetic pregnant woman.

Good burger and grilled chicken sandwich! AC was blowing too cold directly on our table so the fries got cold too quickly. Counter service was adequate which was fine of course. Not complaining as lunch was great!
