Falafel is hit or miss. Rice is okay and the meat options are whatever. The workers are always nice though!

I ordered at regular which is a large plate. It comes with rice, tomatoes and lettuce. It’s half salad and half rice. The young guy recommended the combination platter. I got to pick 2 meats. He said that the most popular one would be the chicken and the beef. I went with that. There’s also a list (small) of topping. And of course the sauces. I got all the works. Man O’ Man! (1) my meal was around $17-$18 since I got a beverage. (2) restaurant is very clean. (3) there’s also music not loud just okay for the ears.
Food quality: the rice was soft and fully well cooked. Chicken has a juicy flavor and the gyro is salty but not too salty. Once you mix the sauce. I did white and the red it was a great combination. The pita was soft as well but wasn’t a fan of it since I’m not into bread that much.
Overall, I recommend this place. And needless to say I will be stoping by more often.

Very bad quality in this branch compared to the SF or NY ones. Its not that fast moving, hence you get old stock. Chicken stinks, breads are old and they stink too. Bread also sometimes has fungus. Waste of time and money.

I have been trying to reach this store via phone number provided and no one is picking up. I've reached out to customer service and have left voicemails and notes online and no response.

Love the food, service, fast, clean, friendly, but parking is limited ar the santa clara location due to it being attached to an apartment complex.
i use to love this location customer service was always great. and generous portions m. but today went paid 40 bucks for two larges and it was lack luster. portions were so small i had to give my husband my share to make sure he had enough while i ate something else. everything was cold and dry. i watched the worker scoop the meat not fully and then shake some out. wont be coming back. food use to fill the brim now it only fills half way. for the price id be happier at a lesser place like taco bell.

Today is new years day and my goal was to try 25 different ethnicities of Food. I was going to start with halal guys but before I could order i saw a employee sitting on a counter in addidas slides dirty socks on her phone. Definitely not something I want to see walking into a restaurant to order food
