I absolutely loved the time I spent at this place. We did have a little bit of trouble with the tablet at first, but the staff came in and helped. I guess there’s a trick to it. After that it was smooth sailing! We just played all the songs on YouTube karaoke! It was SO MUCH FUN! We ordered food and drinks and everything came super fast! We’re definitely coming back! In my opinion, it was so worth every cent and everyone had a great time!

Great karaoke spot with drinks (alcohol) and food! We went during their 50% promo, but the $ catch was really the food and alcohol. Recommend going as a round 2 (after dinner, etc). Soju starts at $15! ? and a beer pitcher starts at $30.

We had with a pretty big service fee and minimum wage fee (?). So although the 50% promo seems like a lot, be careful with the food and drinks!

the place closes earlier if you are also the only party left. We were asked to leave by 1am when their closing time is listed at 2am. Really friendly staff though!

The karaoke system is set up for Korean and is very, very difficult to use. Even the song book is 90% Korean. They have a hookup to YouTube, but it was also difficult to use. We spent half our time just trying to get a song, any song! To play. It is a great atmosphere and would have been perfect if we could have easily played songs on English.

Overall, we are very disappointed by the technology. The remote control is very non-sensitive. YouTube device doesn’t work either because the internet speed is very low. The room is steaming hot, which is not pleasant as well. The worst thing is the attitude of the waitress and how not helpful she is, other than giving us a fan. The fried chicken actually is pretty good, so we give a 2 star overall review. Non-Korea songs are pretty old, but you know, we still have fun with them.

Such a fun karaoke bar, while it is foreign they have tons of English songs to play and some cool sound systems that can easily control volume, mic, music list, and even transpose songs to be more in a singers key. Had a great time with our group.

As helpful as the employees were, the room was virtually unusable. Staff tried their best to fix it, but was ultimately we were unable to stream any music for karaoke purposes. Staff was very nice and and apologetic. Ultimately, we had to end our time early due to internal glitches. Do recommend this as a karaoke facility based on this experience. Food and service was good but was overshadowed by poor karaoke experience.

Solid ambiance, clean facilities and rooms, but absolutely overpriced and dishonest ownership. We showed up with a big group, spent well over $1k, and while the service was decent, this is the kind of place that hits you with the 5% “living wage” fee. Even after you’re tipping well, without telling you upfront. Scummy move, since we all know this is going right into the owner’s pocket and not to the actual waitstaff. We won’t be back.

Came here with my group of 4 girl friends on a Saturday at 7 PM. We called in advance for a reservation. It gets busy late at night.

When you walk in, the space is clean and cool. I liked the design.

The four of us got our own room and we ordered food and drinks from an iPad. It was a bit confusing because not everything on the iPad displayed what was on the paper menus by the door. The paper menus had more drink options.

Every time we called and asked for assistance, someone came to help quickly. They were also so helpful in fixing our microphones' feedback and the volume. Sometimes we had wifi and connectivity issues. The system was easy to use; I think it's based off of YouTube. We could hear our neighbors next to us singing. Based on the song histories, people sang in all languages here.

We got our waters and drinks fast. We got the makgeolli and regular soju, and later on, we also got the rose tteokbokki. The tteokbokki was so delicious! The texture was unlike other ones I've had; it was extremely chewy and didn't harden.

Time flew by and before we knew it, we were in there for three hours. We were eventually asked to leave because we were in there so long. As we left, we noticed more people were sitting outside by the bar and singing there too.

It came out to be $50 an hour for the room and between the four of us, I think we paid $75 per person for food and drink.

The service was great. Everything was clean. Would come again.

Foods are great, but $50 per hr of karaoke sounds insane.

I normally don’t post reviews but felt the need to given the great experience I had!

Im originally from Los Angeles, Koreatown. While visiting Santa Clara, I wanted to spend a night out with my friends. On Saturday night, I found myself here with two - sharing beers and food.

The rooms were clean and well kept. The food - especially the honey butter garlic chicken - was phenomenal. I was initially skeptical given KTown isnt as lively around here, but everything from the service to the food was on par with counterparts down in LA.

We spent about two hours here, and I would definitely come back again. Thank you Sophia for the great service!

Paid $110 for 2 hours of karaoke. It would have been more if we paid with card instead of cash.

We didn’t order any food or drinks, and after settling the bill, the worker stops us on our way out to tell us to tip.

For what exactly? We didn’t receive any service, and it was really uncomfortable so we just tipped to avoid the awkward confrontation.
