The Roasted Crab

The service was awesome! They provide the better gloves (iykyk) and the scissors. We got the king crab (they were a bit small) and the crawfish and shrimp. Yummy yummy sauce was delicious!

Shrimp was fresh, but could use more flavoring. Oysters were awesome.

A bit long wait and pricey. Shrimps are very fresh but a bit plain. They may need to add more sauce or something to make it more flavorful.

This is now one of my preferred restaurants. It’s not super popular so I never had to wait in line. Prices are in the low-mid range. Quick, young and polite staffs. And, no unwanted restroom visit after the eating their foods.

I had oysters thrice and they seem fresh. There were textures and sweetness to oysters rather than tofu like texture at some other places. Other than oysters, I’d ordered the royal fried rice, quails, clam chowder, steak salad, seafood samplers, and the seafood pasta. My gf didn’t like the pasta very much. I liked all the other dishes mentioned. They had fresh shrimps in the seafood sample instead of frozen coconut shrimps that can be found in the costco frozen food being served by another popular seafood/crab/crawfish places in the local area. 4.5 Stars from me :)

The seafood wasn't boiled in with the Cajun sauce and it had WAAAAYYYY too much garlic (after coming home - I ate some fruits, drank tea and even brushed my teeth and the stink still hasn't gone).

The king crab legs were cold - over which Luke warm Cajun sauce was put. It was not appetizing.

This wasn't for my palette.

Me and my wife ordered 2 pounds of boiling shrimp the flavor choice was yummy yummy and oh Cajun. They both had no flavor it was like just melted butter with shrimp on it. Basically, ok food without flavor.

I’m not sure how this place stays in business. I have read several reviews that are just like mine - they leave items off of your order and won’t fix it. That is insane! They literally refused to give me an entree that was not placed in my bag. They insinuated that I was not telling the truth! Now, l’m stuck having to make a dispute on my credit card!

My husband and I ordered nearly $200 in food for dinner (takeout). When we arrived home, we realized that our crab cakes were missing. Immediately, we called the store because we don’t live nearby. A lady answered the phone and took my name. She assured us that we could receive our crab cakes the next time we ordered.

My husband called to, again, place a large order for takeout. He spoke with a male manager and asked him to pull up his name for the crab cake portion of the order. The manager refused. He told my husband that he had to have his receipt. My husband was able to find his digital receipt, and the manager changed the bar stating that he should have returned sooner.

I don’t know what business would turn down a large order because he doesn’t want to honor a mistake made by his organization. We will never return. Horrible customer service. Ripping off their customers.

Loved the crab and the ambiance! It was a little loud, but the energy just made it more fun. I can’t wait to bring my friends next time!

While the food was tasty, I found the wait time a bit long. The staff was apologetic, though, and the flavor made it worth it in the end
