The taste is okay, but there's something about it that's not appealing. Does the chicken meat feel poor? Strong artificial spicy taste.

What an awful service. I ordered chickens and Jjajang-myun. Chickens arrived probably in 30 mins or so but the Jjajang noodles did not arrive until I waited for more than an hour and 20 mins! I ended up requesting to cancel my order because I could not wait longer. I cannot image just simple Jjajang takes more than an hour. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone around me for sure!!The restaurant still charged me for all the foods and services that I did not receive. This is insane!

This would be my go-to spot for korean kfc if it wasn't so far from me. They have both wings style and also whole chicken. I prefer wings and yang nyum sauce but their original chicken is also very good. Soju and beer are served and the owner Peter and his staff tend very well to customers. Radishes cost extra, their chicken to-go still tastes divine and hits the spot for those cravings. Their tteokboki and sausage on sticks are delicious and tteokboki are crisp and served on skewers. Highly recommend!

I tried the Ttobongee chicken, Yang Nyum chicken, Jja jang Myun, and Sodduk Sodduk. I like the sauce on the Yang Nyum chicken; sweet, a little spicy and salty. Juicy chicken. Good portion on the chicken. The Sodduk sausages are basically Li'l Smokies sausages with the Yang Nyum sauce; simple but good but a bit overpriced. The guy was not so friendly. Nice bright dining room. Maybe difficult to park during peak hours.

Tried their Ttobongee chicken, Yang Nyum chicken, Jja Jang Myun and Sodduk Sodduk. Love both fried chicken. Both were juicy, crispy coated with light batter. I appreciate that they were not heavily battered. Their namesake chicken's coating was not just salt and pepper. It had more flavor than other non sauce fried chicken I've had at other KFC restaurants. The Yang Nyum had a slight spicy kick and more sweet flavor. It just had enough spice to make it interesting and to complement the sweet taste. The Jja Jang Myun had a very mildly soy flavored gravy with what looked like ground pork mixed in. It's almost bland but not because of the hint of sweetness and the pork flavor from the little balls of meat. Nice slightly chewy noodles. The Sodduk Sodduk was basically Li'l Smokies sausage with fried rice cake covered with the sweet Yang Nyum sauce; good but pricey for almost $7. The chicken dishes were reasonably priced. Staff guy was not so friendly. Big windows in the dining area which create nice open atmosphere in this small restaurant. A must try place. Going back to try the fried pork.

Tried this Korean fried chicken place, and their chicken was delicious! We got three flavors: jalapeños mayo (new), soy garlic, and mustard with green onion. Their chicken was crispy outside, and tender & juicy inside. The sauce was tasty, especially the jalapeño mayo one! They gave you some pickled radish at the side to eat together, and it was very refreshing~ I also got a starter called Sodduck Sodduck (grilled sausage and rice cake skewer). It's my favorite Korean snack to eat and I always get some whenever I am on the roadtrip and stop by the service stop.

Food #3 Half and Half Chicken - Original and Yang Nyum (Full - $34.99, 20 chicken wings) Jja Jang Myun - $12.99Black bean sauce with noodle I was craving Korean chicken wings and noodles for dinner. I wanted to try a new place from my usual spots. Based on other Yelp reviews and recommendations, I ordered #3 and Jja Jang Myun. The Original Fried Chicken wings were fried perfectly, crunchy, and had a slight kick to it. I think it needs a little bit more seasoning since it was somewhat plain. The size of the wings were good and fried batter were not overwhelming thick or oily. The Yang Nyum wings were coated with sweet and chili Korean sauce and topped with green onions and sesame seeds. The flavor profiles were good - I will definitely order it again. The Jja Jang Myun is noodles in black bean sauce. There was a large to go container with the black bean sauce and noodles in a separate meal prep container. It was a bit sweet and savory - another dish I'd order again and shareable between 2 people. A large ramekin of pickled daikon and chopsticks were packed. The pickled daikon was crunchy and had a subtle vinegar flavor to it. Customer Service I placed an order via telephone about 45 minutes to closing and the employee who assisted was very polite and patient. They provided a 25 minutes quote time for the order to be ready. I came a bit earlier than quoted and the order was piping hot and packed for pick up. Ambiance / Location Located in a busy plaza across from Sulbing. Parking was limited for a Thursday evening. There are plenty of seats inside to dine in.

Best place for korean friend chicken in the bay. The chicken is perfectly breaded and always made fresh to order. We come here almost every time we're craving korean fried chicken and never been disappointed, food quality wise. Our favorites are the crispy fried chicken, jalapeño mayo and the green onion. Portion sizes are huge as well. 1 full chicken should be more than enough for 2. One thing to note is that parking may be limited due to sulbing that opened across. Also expect 20+min wait for the food as each order is made fresh.

I ate Jjajangmyeon and Jjamppong, and I could feel the taste of Jjajang Jjamppong from the old days. Jjajang Jjamppong, eaten at a chicken restaurant, tastes like no one would expect, but it’s good!
