My recent visit to Uncle Tetsu marked my first experience trying Japanese cheesecakes, and it was delightful! I sampled four flavors: strawberry, matcha, original, and ube. While all were delicious, the ube and matcha varieties stood out as my favorites. The ube had a rich, creamy taste, and the matcha offered a bold, earthy flavor. If you're like me and new to Japanese cheesecakes, these flavors are a must-try!

The original is good, the matcha is meh. Their cheesecakes are more cheesy than cakey. So if you prefer one style over the other, you have been forewarned. The cheesecakes are incredibly tender.But yeah 15 feels a bit high for the quantity. The service is quick though. There's never a line out of their own fault.
