Hands down the least delicious quick order restaurant in Valley Fair. The lemongrass chicken bun was a disappointment even compared to the bun frozen food bowls. The pho used to be good but now it is gone downhill despite looking decent. We did upgrade to the +$4 oxtail but I wouldn't say it was worth it.I have tried to order here once at 8:01 and the staff said they stopped taking orders at 8pm. Interesting. I successfully ordered here today at 8:03 and the crew today told me they stopped ✋️taking orders at 8:30-8:35pm. Well, well. And as other reviewers have said, sometimes they only do takeout orders after 6:30 and don't have the courtesy to tell you. The service attitude was friendly for the most part but with the arbitrary times, one does wonder....are they just lazy and over it? Because if there was a good reason shouldn't it be consistent and wouldn't they specify it when saying sorry? It was hard to hear the employee while ordering with the way this whole place is setup. They do have bathrooms but I would recommend using the mall bathrooms instead once you get a whiff of what's going on in there.

We were there at 630pm today. After we ordered and sat down the waiter told us you couldn't sit here as they were only taking orders to go. I asked them why didn't you tell me when I was ordering. I asked to cancel my order but they didn't.It's way too expensive for the portion size and the service. There are better choices in the mall.Vegetarian options: There are options but too much salt and sauce.

Used to love this place and had their pho several times in last two years. However, when I went there again last weekend and ordered beef pho, the taste became very disappointing. I probably won’t come again.

Really good pho and spring rolls. And the guy and gal behind the counter were super helpful and friendly... Like way more than I expected. Thanks!

This is hands down the best pho I have ever had. The rice sheet spring rolls with shrimps totally knocked it out of the park.

Not the best impression. Served my pho with a bowl that had so many dents and cracks measuring 5mm deep. Ordered a spring roll and received a salad roll. Banhmi, duc huong is a lot better. They should hire employees that care. So many choices, but this one is off my list.

One of the best pho restaurants in America so far.Not too sweet, not too salty, soup with beef stock and chewy noodles. The music playing inside the restaurant is so loud that you can't eat in peace. It's a bit disappointing that the menu is hard to read and there aren't many seats.

First thing I noticed was of the few tables that were there, it wasn't cleaned off even though there was only one customer in the whole place. Be careful of the chairs they use. The floor was too slippery and my wife fell out of her seat onto the floor because the chair was not stable. The food was decent, the grilled meat used had a good taste and the bread was crunchy. The portions was average and it's not a bad choice for the mall but it was more over priced for the money.

Quick spot for decent Vietnamese food! I haven't tried the pho or banh mi here, but the salad bowls and vermicelli bowls are pretty good, and more decently priced ($14 for a salad bowl versus $12 for a banh mi). There's a good amount of protein and crunchy vegetables/bean sprouts, and service was fast and efficient when we stopped by there last week.

Cute & small restaurant near old navy and other small restaurants. Love the decor and it reminds me when I was in Bali. Amazing vibes.Me and the boyfriend ordered the banh mi lemon grass chicken sandwich. The bread was warm & toasty and there was a good portion of meat & veggies in the sandwich. The chicken was well cooked and I can taste all the yummy flavors. The price was a little pricey but it was worth buying. The service was fast and easy , the staff members were very knowledgeable.

Maybe it was the batch I had but I would pass on the Pho or get a sample of the soup before getting. The other food was pretty good though.

I was at the mall on a busy day and found this place and decided to try it. It's like a chipotle style Vietnamese restaurant. Tried the beef pho and a spring roll and it was just ok. The broth wasn't very flavorful and the basil wasn't very fresh. It was ok overall. I didn't find anything special about it. Plus it was pretty expensive.
