Great tasting coffee, fast service, and clean restrooms.
The biggest problem is parking. As there is a small shared free parking.

I enjoyed my visit to this café. The place itself is pleasant, and the staff are generally friendly. The coffee flavors are good, whether it’s the espresso or the latte, and the latte art with colorful designs on the surface is nicely done.
However, I honestly don’t understand why there is a lack of attention to simple details that could easily elevate the overall experience and make it more refined. For example, the drinks were served without a tray, with each cup handed separately, which doesn’t reflect the standard expected from a specialty coffee shop.
Even the espresso, despite being served correctly with sparkling water, was presented without a tray and without a small spoon. These details may seem minor, but they play a big role in making the espresso experience more enjoyable and authentic. With just a tray and a spoon, the experience would improve significantly.
Additionally, although the restroom was clean, I was given the wrong access code by a staff member. When I returned to double-check, she appeared visibly annoyed and told me to wait, assuming someone was inside. I ended up waiting for over fifteen minutes, until another customer arrived and received the correct code from a different employee, which allowed access.
Situations like these, especially when combined with neglecting small but important details, do affect the customer experience. With more consistency and attention to presentation and service details, this café has the potential to offer a much better and more polished experience.

Great specialized coffee! Their special lattes and seasonal drinks are tasty and fun, but on the pricier end

The Santiago Latte is the bomb. But what I also so enjoyed was the exceptionally courteous and exacting standards of the customer service. With such nonchalance out there in the world it’s nice when someone can take the time to look one in the eye and also ensure all requests were accommodated.
Ordered a santiago with pumpkin foam and a chai latte with pumpkin foam. Did not get pumpkin foam on the santiago, and asked the worker about it. They told me it did have it despite the fact that it was not foamy, did not taste like pumpkin on top, and was significantly darker than the chai. The drinks were good, but being told I was wrong without even taking a look at my coffee was more than annoying.

Their Coffee, pastries and sandwiches were delicious! And from what I know, the baked goods are baked at locally at their bakery.
Bali and Tokyo are my favorites.

Excellent coffee. Lot's of pretty college girls. Very busy so expect a 10 to 15 minute wait. I didn't ding them for the wait times because the people working there are all running around and doing their best to deliver a good product.

Love the food and drink. Staff are all cool and have characters. The vibe is very low key and comfy. Butter croissant is so good, well priced.

I've been to a couple Voyager locations, and I've never been blown away by it. Unfortunately, this location is about the same. It's decent. Coffee isn't bad, some food is pretty good, other food not so much, and the service is overall solid.
I think I'd just hope for a bit more flavor in some of the food (like the breakfast burrito), and something a bit more from the lattes for the price. I got their seasonal pumpkin latte, but was disappointed when it didn't come with the cold foam from the picture. It tasted pretty good, so I didn't feel like it was worth raising a fuss over. Still a little disappointing.

I always like to come here on my way to work. And today is the first time I come on weekend. The online order thing is a mess. They don’t make the drink until you get there and tell them to. I understand that weekends are stressful for coffee shops but if you cannot handle two lines of business just temporarily shut down the online order service. I ended up waiting for even longer than ordering in store.

Amazing coffee, food and staff. VERY small venue and VERY difficult to find parking. Always busy due to the Santa Clara students.
