Wetzel's Pretzels

Had a very poor day experience today. I work in the mall and I’ve never had an issue before today. The “manager” said she couldn’t honor the mall discount because I didn’t have proof. I’m wearing my work uniform even with my ID tag and that wasn’t good enough today. Then I was refused a refund and when I asked for a receipt she said I clicked no receipt when the only thing the machine asked for was a tip. Horrible customer service

Pretzels are very good would recommend I would give it a five star but sometimes the foods a bit cold still very good fast food place.

really disappointed in this place.Today I visited the mall and I wanted to go buy bites and I accidentally forgot my cell phone and I accept that it was my mistake but what really surprises me is that I returned right there where I know I had forgotten and when I arrived I told the cashier that I had forgotten and he and his other colleague acted as if they didn't know what I was talking about when they saw that I was bothering me, they walked to the back door, they stayed talking and came back to me and told me that it was here. After seeing me told that they did not have it when they gave it to me, my phone was already turned off, where is the humility and honesty of this place? If you visit it, do not forget your belongings because you do not know if they will give them back to you or maybe keep them and the worst part is that their attitude was very un respectful

Once a month in my Sunnyvale Neighborhood, Wetzel's pretzels truck rolls up to eager hungry people just wanting a pretzel.Including me! Pretzels are my childhood favorite and this is a perfect treat. High in calories, ~450 a regular size pretzel. So take a loooong walk afterwards.Friendly staff and clean truck for what little I can see inside.Will eat again and again! ?

They were handing out samples of freshly made Cinnamon Bitz. Oh man that was so soft and delicious. It was so good. Staff is pleasant and prompt service. Right across the entrance from CPK and right next door to Starbucks.

I run the Auntie Anne’s at this location and we recently had their employees vandalize our store with their temper evident stickers. It had their logo on it with their slogan we bake safe. I’ve never had a problem with them before we’ve always been on neutral terms but now there’s sticker residue on my warmer glass and glass windows I can’t get off. It’s sad and childish of their employees to do. Im very disappointed that their staff would do this when we never did anything to them.

We bought two orders of cinnamon bites and when my kids start eating while on our way home kids are complaining that some are very hard especially the ones in the bottom of the bag that means they are mixing it with some old ones and maybe left overs,they should throw the leftovers away not selling to the customers, disgusting!!!

Always taste great! But no samples during pandemic! ?
