The signature peach flavor drink (we tried the Baby Peach) has a lot of peach paste and is too dense - very hard to have with a straw. Flavor is just like putting peaches into blender and get the mixture. Mini cake is a bit pricey and runs out fast.
Had the Thai Me Up drink and it totally blew me away! The blend of Thai flavors with Oreo crunch and crème brûlée was such a cool combo. Super rich, super tasty, and the boba was soft and chewy – just perfect!
Good drinks, same as all the other locations. Many of the pastries were out of stock.
No zero sugar options for months.
They no longer deserve “Zero” in their name.
I thrown 2 cup of milktea right away after the first sip . Terrible milk tea ever
They closed earlier than their posted hours
Ordered the guava oasis… tasted like soap ! Very nasty ! Looked like brown sink water 😠
This was my first time at this boba shop, and sadly, it will be my last.
I ordered a drink, but the black boba was extremely hard, almost raw. When I asked them to remake it, they switched to crystal boba, but instead of making a fresh drink, they just poured the old one into a new cup. Some of the old, hard black boba was still in there. The quality and service were disappointing.
I won’t be coming back.
How do y’all keep running out of ingredients for your drink. I heard a lot of people complain about this specific location, and it didn’t make sense to me until I visited on three different weekdays. Each time, they were either out of ingredients, or the drink was apparently ‘sold out.’ Get someone on your inventory.

I ordered Thai me up. But I didn't get any creme brulee or Oreo cookies. They did say they were out of Oreos, but didn't inform me about the creme brulee.

We had Grape Lemonade and Peach Oolong milk tea. Both were horrible ?
Couldn’t taste Peach in Peach Oolong tea.
And the Jasmine green tea in the Grape lemonade was over boiled and tasted way more bitter than should be.

The one star is just for the fast service!

This place is very good and as a local guide I very much recommend it. The tea was good and they have zero caffeine options. I will come back in the near future.

Low rating for the staff who let completed orders pile up at the window. One of the staff couldn't even be bothered to take 5 min out of stuffing his face to check orders that have been sitting there for nearly 10 min. He came out. Saw the drinks that were ready and went back to the back. I say stuffing his face because he came out chewing like he was on break. MoFo, when there is nobody manning the front, ya can't be taking a snack break.

There is a screen with your order number. But the thing is while they do ask for your phone number when you order, they don't text you when your order is ready. Very inconvenient when you want to wander around the mall for a bit because there is a backlog of drinks. Or maybe the system was down. It happens.
There is only one self-order kiosk.
I got the Peachy Lychee which comes with "over 20 lychees". They are real lychees, not canned. It's pretty sweet so I recommend no additional sugar. They give very little amount of toppings. But on a positive note, I do like their drinks and options. It tastes pretty consistent with the other locations.
Excellent drinks, I think I've already tried them all except the famous coco expresso which is always sold out but everything else is very good
