There is a screen with your order number. But the thing is while they do ask for your phone number when you order, they don't text you when your order is ready. Very inconvenient when you want to wander around the mall for a bit because there is a backlog of drinks. Or maybe the system was down. It happens.

There is only one self-order kiosk.

Not exactly my cup of tea, but I can see it being a hit for the younger crowd.Not going to lie, it tastes good, but it has a very artificial color to it.Pearls / Boba was inconsistent. Some were uncooked and almost rock hard.Service was friendly and fast!

The lack of non-dairy milk options is kind of crazy. Really would’ve love to get the matcha tornado with soy or almond milk.

Dietary restrictions: They offered no nondairy milk. So if you’re lactose intolerant, you’re stuck with the fruit teas.
