Boba was good

I called the store 3 times and not even one call got picked up, I decided to just come in and the whole store is in chaos. Only 2 people working the ENTIRE STORE on a Saturday? No wonder the line is out the door. Next thing you know these workers are absolutely stressed out and everyone is just yelling at eachother. IF I could give this place a 0 star i would. I waited 30 whole minutes just to get a cake and a coffee, never suffering through that again.

Absolutely the worst. They literally had no bread because of large orders. There is no indoor seating. We froze outside. Never again.

The gentleman at the register says to me, "Let's not reach over the counter, ok?" His tone was nasty.
Well...there was no reaching OVER the counter. I thought that the bin was to-go silverware (although it was plastic serving slicers) This bin was ON the counter(not over). We put our items back and left. Maybe employees should be less condescending.

The bread here is generally delicious. However, the service of the staff is terrible. One person is at the cashier and another prepares drinks. The person who makes drinks is in the back so you can't call them and you have to wait a long time. I went to pick up my order but they didn't even package it and told me to wait a long time so I canceled and left. I ordered a cake and went home but they gave me a different cake so I had to go back. This staff member didn't even apologize. I don't want to go here again.

The service is slow I think they're slightly understaffed. Also they don't take American Express. The food is pretty good, but only the slightly oilier side. It's a nice place though and very affordable

Baked goods are great but the line management isn't. People lining up with knowing where to stand and who to wait behind. Need directions from the employees.

Cool place in the neighborhood, during peak time it could feel messy but staff serves fast so they queue clears up fast.

My wife wanted to stop by here to pick up a cake for her aunt birthday. This 85C is inside a big plaza so there are a lot of parking spots here. This store is small so be aware of this because they won't have as much pastries as other bigger 85C stores. When we walked inside, my wife went to see if they had the jalapeno cheese but they did not. We then went to look at their cake options and they didn't have much to select from. She ended up getting the strawberry deluxe cake and they give out a happy birthday sign and candles for free. The employee was nice during the interaction we had with him while ordering the cake.

This place is in sad condition. Nothing on the shelves. Filthy empty shelves and trash full. No customers, well no wonder. The door was even filthy. Meanwhile, employees just standing there doing nothing. Hiding as started to take pictures.
