First time here and I could say the food was delicious and service was amazing. I ordered orange chicken and sweet spicy kfc bowl. I definitely recommend this place and for sure will be back soon.

Very disappointed with this establishment. We used to love this place due to the ramen and chicken karaage. The noodle of the ramen didn't taste fresh, egg was hard boiled and chicken was just dry and not tasty. Should have considered the other bad reviews posted.

I loved their chicken broth ramen, perfect for the cold weather. They also have some amazing appetizers, lots of different options. Last time I was there I had the korean burgogi fried, hot fries topped with cheese and shredded beef marinated in burgogi sauce, plus sweet and sour plus white sauce, it was awsome. Large portions, and their waiters are very friendly.

I love there Ramen. there broth is really good. my friend order FryChicken for superball get together, portion were big & really good too. my son love going there. he is really into appetizers & they have lot of fun appetizers.

My daughter and I tried this little gem the first time tonight. After a long day at Magic Mountain we needed some comfort food to help wind us down and warm our bodies. We shared the Tonkotsu Black Ramen and the Korean Fried Chicken, and one strawberry boba smoothie. "it was Super Duper yummy!" she said. Both were out of this world. Evan guided us through the menu, his suggestions were perfect. Atmosphere was warm and friendly. We will be back for sure!

Great service and delicious food! My husband and I were dining in one day and one of the owners offered us kimchi fried rice (not on the menu but definitely should be!!!) and it was so good I had to call and ask them for it again and they made it for us! Such nice people. Highly recommend!

The spicy ponzu chicken didn't taste as good anymore, they used brown meat instead of white meat. Bring back the chef.
Giving it a 3 star. Food is good. Service is just baaaad! They are under staffed. You literally have to stand in the front for about 15-20 minutes to get someone's attention. And this is ordering ahead of time to pick up. So there goes your lunch hour.

We've been customers of Aroma for a few years now. We usually order the same items every time and they have never been consistent. The other night we called in an order for pick up for 3 karage chicken bowls, the girl on the phone told us it will be ready in about 10-15 minutes. My husband went to pick it up and the order wasn't even put in their system yet.. so he waited another 20 minutes. He drives the 20 minutes back home and we open the bowls to what looks like grocery store breaded chicken strips that had been re-heated and thrown over rice. They drizzled the smallest amount of sauce over the top and sent all 3 bowls out like that. The chicken was awful and we couldn't cut through the breaded part of the chicken strip.. it seemed like it was reheated over and over and the chicken was super dry inside. Nobody ate the chicken and we ended up dumping the sauce over the rice. So we are officially done with Aroma Ramen. Their quality of service and food has gotten progressively worse and prices have gone way up.
