I LOVE Baskin Robbins, and I have been going to this location for as long as I have lived in SCV (15 years!). However, when I went last night, I noticed that the employee serving me was NOT wearing gloves, and she touched both my ice cream and ice cream cone. I hate to write a negative review for a business I love so much, but given the health and sanitary concerns of this issue, I can’t help but leave this review. As a food-worker myself with a CA food-handler certification, I am aware that it is a requirement for team members to wear gloves while serving food, so I am very disappointed to see these health and safety regulations not being followed.

We come here super regularly after school and always enjoy it. Mikey is awesome and give great service. The ice cream always tastes fresh and never freezer burnt which is an issue we have had at other ice cream places. They are also always kind and patient even when a huge group of kids stop in together after school. Definitely our favorite place to get ice cream in Santa Clarita.

I have been coming to this Baskin Robins for 3 years and have never had a problem until tonight. We arrived and it wasn't so busy and there were two workers (one male and one female). The worker that was serving us is name is Matt. He started off okay but I noticed him having trouble scooping one scoop of ice cream. Once he was able to get the scoop into the cup and put a lid on it he set it on top of the ic cream case. I am not sure if it's a new rule but they usually put the ice cream inside the case when there is multiple orders. So by the time I was ordering my third item the two one scoop creams started melting. My third order was a medium strawberry milkshake. He went to the make it and I noticed he was short on the amount. The medium cup was missing 2 inches of milkshake. He noticed he was short and so did the other worker, a young lady. I heard the young lady tell him to just fill the rest with whip cream. And so he did. Unfortunately he comes and gives it to me and I was in disbelief that he thought it was acceptable. 8$ for a medium shake that's not full and the whip cream already melted away. After the horrible shake. I ordered two more items and we to go pay. Matt decided to not even ask about bagging the 4 cups of ice creams and puts out two spoons on the counter. We asked for a discount on the milkshake since it wasn't full and he rudely said "do you want me to remake it?" and we said yes. He decided to walk to the back and slam the milkshake in the back. He started to remake the milkshake and I noticed he put a ton of milk, to the point that the strawberry milkshake was white and watered down. Matt turned around and didn't approach the counter and ask "is there better? (With attitude)". We called him over to see the milkshake and I said "no we aren't taking it". Matt was taken back and I told him that's isn't a milkshake. It's just water now. Matt is now slamming the milkshake back down and finishes ringing us up. Like I first stated, I have been going to this Baskin-Robbins and have never ever received this bad service. Usually the workers are friendly and professional and the quality of the service has always been great, until tonight. It's sad because me and my family love going to this Baskin-Robbins and to receive this type of service was just so disappointing.

The owner Andrew is the best! Very polite and helpful always. I can't thank them enough to let my kids from school wait here to get picked up from time to time when theres traffic. Of course there cappuccino blast is a must when I go. Thank you!

Let me tell you guys something. 31 flavors Oreo n' Cold Brew Shake is bomb, if made correctly. That being said, my man Carlos, props to you buddy! You've made my shake twice now and they've have been the BEST shakes I have ever had. I don't know what you're doing but please keep doing it! I would say you should show the others how to make shakes but I'd rather you stand out from the rest. Thanks my man.

The service was great. The employee was helpful and scooped generous scoops! I was also able to use a coupon from checking in on Yelp and you can also download their app for a free scoop. Everyone in my party enjoyed their ice cream! The only reason I docked off a star was because it was really warm inside, too the point of it being stuffy. It was not cold outside, so I don't know why they had the heat cranked up so high.

I wanted a milkshake and got cotton candy milkshake, you can pick any flavor you want so its good to try them all with a sample sPoon.
The cleanest Baskin robins I've ever been to. They also have a ton of flavors and different types of cakes. Would definitely recommend this place over other locations in the area!

Great store. Friendly staff. They had a minor scheduling conflict with their decorator, so they upgraded my cake size, and were so apologetic over an issue that was not even a minor inconvenience for me .Would 10/10 recommend!

The guy working this afternoon was absolutely great and patient while my two kids ordered. Of course coming into an ice cream shop with a ton of flavors, it's hard to pick. He was very busy and the only person working. He was very polite and asked them both what they would like and they both ordered sundaes and what toppings they would like. Great customer service today while we were here

This place never failed to lift our spirits craving ice creams. They have got a lot of size options and flavors to cater to varied choices. There was also a lot of variety of small and large cakes, and the lady at the counter was friendly and efficient. I got the Cheesecake. The texture was soft and light. The flavor was wonderful. It was not too sweet. I will try another flavor next time.
