Astonishingly rude service from an apparently very angry young lady. From intentionally slamming things into the sink to wearing an expression that can only be described as "I hate my job", it was a dramatic performance from start to finish. The most amazing part was when I read the other reviews posted here - this has obviously been an ongoing issue with this employee according to multiple reviews. Yet management has done nothing to address the issue. Won't be going back.

Worst customer service by far. Came in to get ice cream before they closed and felt like we had to rush getting our order. A red haired girl and skinny guy who work there at night were both rude and didn’t want to help us at all. Left the place with a bad taste and would rather go get ice cream elsewhere.

BEST customer service, the young staff with the red hair had AMAZING customer service, lots of patience (I’m an extremely obnoxious customer), was very kind and sweet!

NEVER opens on time. It's a shame because it's nice that they are near a KIDS dentist office. Helps with the numbing after having work done.

Holy smokes! This is the greatest Baskin-Robbins I’ve ever been to! Not only was the ice cream DELICIOUS, but the employees were friendly, helpful, and most importantly, KIND. I patronize this location 2 times a week MINIMUM. During my most recent visit to this wonderful establishment, I ordered a kids double scoop and the two flavors I chose were to DIE for. My first scoop was ROCKY ROAD and my second was BASEBALL NUT (I love my cashews). Both made my tum-tum say “yum yum.”

I came in twice for asking about a job and the first time it was 2 ladies and they were talking and laughing with each other for a long while before they helped me. I asked about applying for a job and one of the ladies gave me super short answers and it was very rude. The second time was today, the associate didn’t help me until this couple told her that I needed help and once again, different associate, she gave me half answers and some sort of lasting attitude. It just wasn’t pleasant at all and unwelcoming for me.

Super friendly employees and great ice cream, always a great place for a treat. They have malt milkshakes as well.

Very friendly staff and the cake was really delicious! They did a great work on the decoration.

Ordered through uber eats at this location. They didn't have either flavor ordered (even though both flavors were seen to be available through the app), and wouldn't allow for me to cancel my order, claiming that they couldn't, and that I need to cancel myself and charge myself a hefty fee, even though stores are able to cancel a received order at any time. Definitely won't be buying from this place. 20 dollars for absolutely nothing.
