I've been going to Baskin Robbins all of my life! Great ice cream, however not all of their shops are the best with ambience and service, but this location is excellent! My great niece and great nephew prefer ice cream cakes over regular cake and this Baskin Robbins never fails!Service is always great, the employees are patient in helping us figure out flavors, design, and colors and the cake is always ready by the promised time! This location is super clean as well! It is also our go to place for a scoop, when we are visiting Santa Clarita!

It was a hot day and ice cream sounded like a good idea. I walked in and was helped right away but couldn't figure out what I wanted so I had the next customer ahead of me. When I was ready more people showed up but the wait time was still speedy as they were getting through everyone relatively quick. I ended up getting a two scoops of rainbow sherbet and one scoop of Oreo s'mores and chocolate pb swirl. They had a variety of flavors with a few non dairy options that were sherbet based. I got them to go as I went to grab my family a sweet treat too. Everyone was friendly, place was clean and they have more options then just a scoop or two or ice cream.

Second best Baskin-Robbins in Santa Clarita! (Golden Valley is number one) I quite enjoyed the atmosphere of this store as it was very UNIQUE. Store was clean and even featured some CUSTOM Santa Clarita art, or “Santa Cl-ART-a” as some refer to it. You’d be hard pressed to find another Baskin-Robbins in the vicinity sporting similar decor. I ordered a kids scoop of BEACH DAY and it was deeeeeegoddamnlicious. Yummy! Yum. Yum… Yummy. 5 STARS!

The ice cream was great but the service was absolutely terrible. The person who helped us was named Cassie. She was incredibly rude when we entered. I was hoping she didn't serve us but she did. We asked her for a banana split and she sighed. Then she asked us what we wanted and we asked what comes on it because we were out to try something new and we've never had one before. She rolled her eyes, huffed more, and looked increasingly irritated. Like we were completely putting her out. So I said "rough day huh?" With a smile trying to be empathetic and her response was "yeah so what do you want?!" We just said "whatever it normally comes with is fine" just trying to get out of there. She then told us no and to pick and we just said fudge so we could leave. It supposed to be a nice mini date night out which we never get to do. I've never met such an entitled person. We felt so uncomfortable and just wanted to leave but I felt bad leaving while she was making it so we just waited for it and didn't stay. When we were leaving I said "hope your day gets better" and she said "yeah have a good one" and threw our receipt.

All of your favorite 31 flavors are here in a nice clean store. Service was excellent even though they were busy. The ice cream is amazing and you can try it flavor before you choose. The friendly fellow who helped me didn't say "see you tomorrow" as I left but that's kinda old Definitely recommended

It’s a brand new Baskin Robbins that opened a couple of months ago here in the Santa Clarita Valley. It’s a redefined look compared to how the rest of the stores in the valley look like. Very modern, sleek, and clean! Service is great too!

This is for sure the best ice cream store in SCV! All the staff are fast, nice, and most of all-- clean! Cleanest location I've ever been to. On top of that, they make cakes which are tasty and great to look at! Definitely recommend for any parties or just the occasional ice cream trip!

We were really happy with our daughter's mermaid birthday cake. We got the biggest size that said to feed 36-40 people, it was plenty big. The flavor we chose was cookies and cream ice cream with chocolate cake. It was very good, everyone at the party was happy with both the flavor and the beautiful design of the cake. Baskin Robbins facilitates the buying the cake process. I simply placed the order online (5 days before although they reassured me that you could order the cake 24 hours before and it would be ready), chose the date and time and VOILA, it was ready! Very happy about this purchase. Also, I called the store several times asking questions about the cake and they were very helpful, friendly and professional when talking to them.
The people are friendly and the store's clean. It's Baskin-Robbins so you know what you're getting in terms of quality. In addition to ice cream they also have shakes, smoothies, cappuccino drinks, ice cream cakes and cookie cakes. I wouldn't mind if the prices were slightly lower but that's true of a lot of places these days.

Decided to buy some ice cream and try this new location that I only recently found out about on a cold rainy day because why not. There were two young female employees working there who were super kind and nice and helped me pick out a flavor for my mom as I was getting her some ice cream as well. They were both super helpful and answered any and all questions I had and even let me sample a couple flavors before deciding. The store itself was very clean and well maintained as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this location and will be excited to come back another cold rainy day!
