Came home late from work decided to cook but then decided to order out instead bc i am too hungry and was craving food from this place. Ordered and the food arrived undercooked which this has never really happen. Not sure if its bc i also ordered late but if so then they shouldnt have confirmed my order and just cancel and refund

When this place first opened it was a bit slow but still awesome. Unfortunately it has slowly been going down from there. As of Feb 2025 it is now just ok. Food is still tasty but does not have the same love as when it first opened. The service is lethargic and wants to nickel and dime for every request. But now to the big one... This place is pretty dirty now. You get an off putting chemical smell when you walk in; while this can be an acceptable byproduct if the place is spotless... but trust me this is not the case. Do better please.

First time trying this new place out. The Asian lady who took order over the phone barely spoke English the Hispanic lady at front counter barely spoke English! I have no idea how they communicate but my order was completely different wrong good but nothing I ordered was there when I got home! Maybe I was given someone else food??? Fml

I was glad when this bb.q opened in Santa clarita, but it didn't take long to end up with disappointment. The tenderness was too loose as if the meat was overcooked and sealed with seasonings to cover it up. It was my first and last go to this bb.q. I instead go to the one in Northridge or LA, which is much better.

The chicken was simply amazing! Crispy with the right amount of sauce! Delicious every time which proves consistency that is very prominent of a place that knows what they are doing!

I was lucky enough to get street parking. I didn’t see a dedicated lot since it was night time. The staff were super nice. This is a chain restaurant, pretty much a similar setup to the other ones I’ve been too. I do wish they had fountain drinks or at least self serve water. Anyway, the food is good. I just bought to go. They only have a few tables inside, wouldn’t even fit the amount of people I bought for. Cheesling is definitely my favorite flavor. At another location I was able to order it with bone in wings. I didn’t see a bathroom for customers.

I just recently had an order of honey garlic, spicy galbi, and golden original chicken. It was absolutely delicious and savory! Each bite was flavor packed and I wish that I could have eaten more if i wasn’t full.
