Visited from out of state. Never heard of this place. Son and I both ordered chicken sandwiches - one Nashville and one Buffalo. Both were cooked perfectly, tender, and a lot of flavor. The fries were also fresh and just right.It was go good, we returned another day for more goodness. But the chicken on that 2nd visit was not so tender/good. So there is some consistency issue.However, service is consistently awesome.

Had never heard of Big Chicken before Shaqs birthday. Saw it on the news. Decided to try it. Great, friendly service. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Chicken sandwiches were tasty with inventive combos. We had the Ultimate and the mac and cheese. Both were very good. A nice twist on a plain chicken sandwich. I'm not a fan of crinkle fries so I had the side of mac and cheese. It was really good. Had a hot fudge sundae for dessert. Ice cream was nice and creamy. Overall, I'd highly recommend this place. It was a little too cold in the dining area but clean and restrooms were clean also.

Expected more for the price. Quality and quantity lacked. Popcorn chicken was flat, dry & chewy. The dirty fries were thin and mushy. Will not be going back. Not anywhere near close to being worth the money.

Their Oreo milkshake is amazing! I couldn’t believe how good it was. The food was pretty decent for the price and the manager was the kindest guy ever. I would eat here again!
