TLDR: Service was horrible, food was fine, atmosphere was good The restaurant is nice and spacious and has a lovely layout. I came around 7pm to attend a party, although upon arriving it was practically empty and only the party attendees were present. When it came to ordering and getting refills our waiter was nowhere to be seen! I had to personally go up to him in order to order! Including since I was sitting in front of the kitchen I saw the orders that would come out. Homeboy had left the food for about 30 min! And this was the chefs ringing their bell to let him know that it was done. At the end of our meal I had asked him for the check twice and yet an hr went by and I once again had to remind someone.

This spot is known for its night scene. I wanted to take a different approach and try the menu. To my surprise, this place is serving up some great dishes. Standouts were the garlic noodles (w/ shrimp), Fish and Chips (fish was perfectly cooked and the batter did not overwhelm the fish, and the street tacos in the appetizer platter (pork was slow cooked and toppings were already rough chopped!). I have read reviews about slow service, however our waiter was excellent. We could tell he was very busy, but he made sure to give recommendations and provide great service! Overall, I was very pleased. I brought my family, not sure if this was a family place, but I believe they have the potential to be, because their food options are excellent and affordable without compromising quality!

It's quite surprising how the service operates. As customers, we often find ourselves notifying the staff, including bartenders, about basic amenities that are lacking, such as soap or toilet paper in the restrooms. Despite the heightened awareness of hygiene due to COVID's impact on their industry and society at large, it seems that these concerns are often disregarded. It's disappointing to observe that with an increase in orders, there appears to be a corresponding decrease in attention to hygiene and safety measures.

They're probably not going for that, so that's okay, but my wife, teenage son and I wanted a bite and to play pool so this was where we chose to go.It's gastropub style food with some options for vegetarians including a few sides and a Beyond Burger option for any of their burgers.We weren't all that hungry and I ended up just getting a side salad which was not all that impressive...but hey, who goes to a bar and gets a side salad. I guess I'll take the hit for that one.Trying to play pool was a bit of a bummer...you have to go stand at the bar to trade your ID for pool cues and balls. I guess that shouldn't be a problem, but I stood there for quite some time before any of the bar tenders noticed me, or maybe decided to actually see if they could help me. There were more staff working in and around the bar than patrons, plus at least one party who arrived at the bar after me got taken care of before me...so I ended up just feeling not particularly important to anyone there for quite some time until they eventually asked what I wanted. That experience, as fun as it was playing pool with my soon, left me not wanting to rush back to a place that I didn't feel particularly welcome in.

I stopped into this place just by chance because I was walking by and it looked really interesting... I was warmly greeted by ARCHIE, the manager and sat in a really comfy booth... He offered me the happy hour menu since they have a great happy hour deal from Sunday through Thursday from 5 PM to 8 PM!I could not believe how good the prices were, and I ordered a couple of items, and they were absolutely delicious! This is a really great find, The food is great. The lights are dim and low and the atmosphere is really romantic and the prices are phenomenal. I highly recommend it for everybody!

My first time at Black and Blue, can't wait to go back already!! This place was SOO FUN I went on halloweekend. The drinks were delicious I recommend the margs. For food I got the fettuccine w shrimp, and it was really saucy SO good! My bf got the sirlion steak and it was good but not the best. I will say the mashed potatoes that came with them were so FIRE!! We came earlier for dinner Saturday night and were seated down quickly. Our waiter Tracy was so sweet and had great service. The dance floor and everyone started pulling in around 11 and it got POPPIN!! By 1:30am it was packed and we had such a fun night. Overall, would recommend this spot for great food and a fun night out! Perfect for a date night or hangout w friends :)

The atmosphere cool and like a rustic night club. The food is the saving grace for the restaurant as the cook's are great. However, service is what can make or break a restaurant and it definitely broke this one.The few workers there prefer to chill outside on there phone or in the kitchen more than to check in at least once every half hour.2 tables and 1 person at the bar for customers and everyone was having difficulty with service.Only worth coming for the music, as good as the cook's are, the service will spoil their work.

This is a popular spot out here. The food is ok, but the I mainly come here for the nightlife. Lot's of people here, we DJ is ok, knows which songs to play, and the bar is bit busy, but the atmosphere is really nice. I notice alot of the same people keep coming back, so it feels familiar.
