The food is amazing for those who love boba! The atmosphere has an amazing smell when you walk in the morning nearing when they open. The shop is smaller and you can tell that their won't be much room, although their are few seats outside and Inside. THERE ARE NO BATHROOMS!!!! If you really have to go pee, this is not a good place to go. Their amazing boba smells will lure you in and make you get some boba that will make you wet your pants it's so good. They have many non-dairy options such as non-dairy milk powder, oat milk, almond milk, and coconut milk. My favorite is probably the "Mango Milk w/ Mango Popping Boba and oat milk." One of their biggest hits I've heard has been the "Oreo Twist boba," although I'm not sure if this one can be made vegan. Another new product they presented to us just a couple months ago were "Vegan Mochi's!" Haven't tried these little guys yet, but they sound good! In conclusion, if your looking for a nice refreshing drink and need some sweetness in your life, go to Boba Boba Saugus Now!

Parking: Albertsons plaza, with more than enough parking!

Its the 1st time I have tried bingsu in which I didn't even know what a bingsu was in the 1st place! Now it had left a very lasting impression and standard for me that this is how a bingsu should be served! Only at Boba Boba Saugus!

If you haven't tried the bingsu, you are missing out! What a refreshing treat - the mango and the mocha caramel are our personal favorites. They also have delicious drinks and I always come on weekends for the Taho that is not easy to find in SCV. Staff is super friendly and they do an amazing presentation.

Amazing bingsu (shaved ice dessert with fruits). The mango was sooooo fresh! Drinks are very good. Taiyaki was good. Staff is wonderful.

I found a black bug in my mango refresher which is not ok also the owner was very racist to her workers and also customers, it was very dirty walking in and the owner makes her workers buy some of the things for the boba shop… 0/10 katanas it was boo

I ordered four drinks - strawberry banana, matcha, lychee and brown sugar milk teas. I thoroughly enjoyed the matcha as it is my favorite and my fiance enjoyed his brown sugar milk tea and the lychee. The strawberry banana was good as well. I was expecting all the drinks to have the same consistency but they were all made differently.

It’s a cute spot with interesting cups. I’m excited that there is a new place nearby. But it’s a new business and I think they still have a few things to figure out.

First, please find a way to make the drinks as ordered. I asked for oatmilk on mine my sister had regular milk. I’m not sure if they mixed up the orders but now my stomach is having an internal battle with itself due to the lactose in my drink.

Second, please get the right straws for boba. There was one set of straws but the boba doesn’t fit through the straw.

We will try it again in a few weeks. Hopefully the small details are cleared up.
